The front desk staff and restaurant staff as well as housekeeping are always great and helpful! Free parking!!! Since many Dallas hotels charge 10.00 to 20.00 per day just for parking! My only negative comment is the hallway carpets need to be cleaned meaning steam cleaned or replaced! They are always vacuumed!

Room look to be renovated recently, but hallway carpets were dirty. Check in:our staff were cordial and free coffee was appreciated. The $15 buffet breakfast should have been included, as most other hotels offer.

Everything was great,with the exception of a small breakfast buffet costing $15.00 per person. I’ve never stayed at a single hotel where breakfast isn’t included in the room price.

When we arrived in our room it had two queen beds and we paid for a king. The front desk clerk argued with me when I wanted to change rooms stating there were not any left. I explained I made the reservation way in advance and paid for the king room, how could my room not be available. His reply was because I booked using a third party instead of them directly. He finally gave us another room, but upon arriving at the room it smelled like sewer really bad. I did not want to go argue with him again, so we just stayed because we were only there one night and leaving super early in the morning. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the bathtub and the cable/satellite TV kept going out, when I tried to call the front desk the phone in the room did not work. I would not stay here, next time if I have to stay in that area I will spend the extra money and stay at the Renaissance Hotel across the highway.
