In the center of downtown
I only stayed one night, but I really love the location of this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff very friendly. Would stay again. Highly recommended

Terrible experience
I had two rooms booked and one of the rooms was cancelled without my knowledge. I never received a cancellation notice and NEVER received a refund. The concierge at the hotel had no empathy and was no assistance in resolving the situation. We had to book a separate stay and have to pay more out of pocket as it was very late at night and we had no option. When attempting to call the service center with hotels.com they were no help and kept advising “we can see the reservation” even though we had a copy of the cancellation notice in front of us. Overall a horrible experience and terrible customer service. I will never book through a third party vendor again.
