I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the hotel. I had booked two rooms for my relatives for two nights, and unfortunately, due to a flight delay, they arrived later than expected. Despite informing the front desk staff about the delay and the situation, I was shocked to find that they were marked as "no-show" and were not accommodated upon arrival.
What has left me even more frustrated is the lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the front office staff. I called ahead to ensure they were aware of the situation, and yet they did not make any effort to assist or offer a solution. The staff member I spoke with seemed to show little understanding of the circumstances and offered no resolution except making me book and pay again, which was extremely disappointing.
Given the situation, I expected better communication, flexibility, and customer service, particularly when the issue was not the fault of the guests.
