No Stove
This hotel was advertised as having a full kitchen. The kitchen does NOT have a stove. You have to sign out a small single burner induction cook top with a 10” frying pan. The air freshener in the lobby is not pleasing at all, it is very strong and repugnant.

Very clean and roomy
Very clean throughout. Plenty of facilities such as a gym and laundry. Surrounding area has some construction and a few homeless but during the day the area is fine. Outside doors require keycard access after dark, so it feels safe.

Very spacious and clean
We stayed; n the 2 queen suite. It was really big and has a mini kitchen including a dishwasher. The beds were comfy as well. Would book here again in the future.

Some guests are long term and those families were sometimes loud at inconvenient hours. The most discrete in houses folks I’ve ever seen do camp out in the vicinity. But they literally kept to themselves and never talked to anyone. The staff at the hotel and rooms were great. I even received a personal text asking me if everything was to my liking.

The location was very quite despite its location next to a city rail line. Front desk staff was very helpful and made the stay enjoyable. There were bare minimum Gluten free food options (fruit and nuts) during the morning buffet. I think that is a corporate decision.

Very clean room and lobby, smelled wonderful. Stayed here overnight to be close to the hospital for my son's surgery. He loved the large rooms and beds were very comfy. Loved the body wash products. Would stay here again for any future needs. Also, super nice front desk gentlemen upon check in and check out. Thank you!

Modern hotel, it was clean, easy check in/out and friendly staff. The variety of breakfast options was great, especially the coffee. A lot of construction going on around the property and the el train was loud but it was a great stay. Nice welcome and touch seeing my name on the tv screen in my room. I would stay here again!

The property was Great overall. There is a lot of construction, even in the parking lot of the hotel, and there was a couple points where I was worried that the construction vehicles were going to hit my car cause they were not being careful and I ended up moving my vehicle. There was also a lot of homeless people that were walking around the property. About the parking lot and making sure everybody was safe. The hotel was clean. The rooms were quiet. all our needs met, and the breakfast was delicious.
