Concert stay with friends
Check in seemed difficult. At first they acted confused of my reservation and walked away to speak with a manager. I was then told our room wasn't ready and had to wait which was ok, but all the back and forth whispering made us uncomfortable. Once our room was ready we were told it would be another few minutes while the manager checked our room. Just seemed really odd. They were very kind. Just a weird interaction. Overall, we would go back if in a pinch for a concert, but not for more than one night.

Beds are not comfortable. The bathroom needs updating. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. Sofa bed was not comfortable and even opened, the mattress cover was dirty.

Stay Away!
Do not stay at this hotel! We booked last minute for a nearby concert at AT&T Stadium. I called prior to booking to see whether it was an easy walk to the stadium, (turns out it is relatively easy), but no one answered the phone. That should have been my first clue. Upon arrival, no one was working the front desk. We could hear voices and waited 5 minutes. Finally, an employee begrudgingly appeared and gave us room keys. The room was AWFUL. We almost turned around and left, but we had already paid for the night at this point, and we weren’t planning to be in the room much anyway. The refrigerator was completely covered in a brownish/yellow sticky film. The dishwasher was the same. The curtains had holes, chairs were worn, paint was peeling, door was beat up, the shower curtain was ripped, etc. After returning from the concert late in the evening, a large roach was crawling across the floor of the bedroom. We killed it but literally slept with the lights on in an effort to deter any other roaches from coming out! The so-called air conditioner sounded like a freight train. It rattled and shrieked all night long. We woke up as early as possible and got out of there! We did eat some of the complimentary breakfast before leaving, and it was decent. No complaints. The lobby area of the hotel is fine - clean and decently presented, but it as a far cry from what you are met with in the rooms. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!

Walked in to stains all over the carpet and heater on with room at 86 degrees. Found a bug in the bed and multiple bugs under lamp shade. Smoke detector battery was low so it chirped every 30 seconds. I let front desk know about both issues and was told there was nothing they could do about it and they would make a note of it. Still was not addressed the next day. Only good thing about this hotel is its location. Will never stay here again.

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. There were roaches in our room, the carpet was covered in dog hair and the staff was not helpful.

We rolled in on a weekday without a reservation and the price at the desk was high but the clerk said it would be cheaper online. So I went to Expedia and it was cheaper. Booked and then the hotel wanted my credit card for incidentals. Then she wanted it a 2nd time and I allowed her to run my card again since I was tired and just wanted to get to the room. The elevator ride up was filthy. Then we step out of the elevator and the carpet looked as if it hadn't be cleaned in years. The room was better. It was adequate and comfortable. I checked my credit card balance after we checked out and they charged me for some unknown reason. First time I've ever been secretly charged for something in all my hotel stays. For the price I'm sure other travelers can do much better.

This is not a typical Hilton brand hotel, carpets are stained and they stink. There are roaches running around , in a three day stay even though we asked for a light cleaning in the room nobody came . Even though they have a kitchen there are no silverware or pans to cook so defeating the purpose of having a kitchen.Definitely I will not be back.

A nice, convenient option for the area!
This property had a very nice and clean lobby, a pretty good hot breakfast in the mornings, and the suite I was in was comfortable and nice. The rooms themselves were a little old, but it still worked for our needs! The hall carpets seemed like they could've been a bit cleaner, but overall I would recommend the property if you're not looking to break the bank and need a good suite to stay in, especially for any sporting events in the area as it is conveniently located for a quick drive. We were also very happy that it was pet friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay but there were somethings we expected in our room. Our room has a small kitchenette but it has no silverware, no plates, bowls, cups or pots and pans. When came prepared to cook some of our meals just to save money. We went to the area they served breakfast got some paper plates and plastic wear. Fortunately, that was all we needed. The facility is clean. The bed, bedding and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good with the exception both mornings the food was cold. We had to go to our room and heat it in the microwave which was really do big deal. We almost always eat in our rooms. My husband went to turn in the key cards. As he got to the car the lady at the front desk yelling that our card had been declined. I was puzzled because one we pre-paid through Expedia and what hotel charges when you are checking out. I’m not sure what happened as far as my credit card goes but I’m glad it happened. I feel like their front desk staff needs more training.

Clean, comfortable! Beds and pillows exceptionally comfortable. I would have given 5 stars across the board but the pool was closed, and we had three kids, and the pool was one of the biggest reasons we chose this location.

The hotel needs a face-lift
This hotel does not represent the Hilton Brand I am used to staying. Our room was old, furniture falling apart, hinges falling off the door between the sitting area and bedroom, curtains very worn with multiple holes, knats flying around, and on top of this, they charge $15.00 for parking. Breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. The staff was friendly. The hotel needs a major face-lift.
