I feel the reviews are misleading. The staff is amazing and so helpful, but the room itself was not worth price. The beds are hard and lumpy. The AC doesn’t turn on consistently and the room gets hot and muggy. There’s a train that drives by multiple times a night and honks forever. There were bugs in our room. For the price we could have stayed a nicer hotel, but I fell for the reviews and the proximity to the stadium.

Not worth the money and not a good place to stay
The room was not clean to the best we found trash under in the trash cans , empty water bottles under the air conditioning unit , couch was not very clean and vacuumed Shower had random hairs .

For $126 a night, the cleanliness standards were not at the level that they should be. Every day that the room was ‘cleaned’, I noticed more things that were dirty. The AC had mold in it that I HAD TO CLEAN myself. The air vents on the ceiling had an alarming amount of dust, the floors were never vacuumed (I had a pink paper from my dry cleaning I left by the foot of the bed just to see if it would get cleaned and it NEVER MOVED FROM IT’S spot for 4 days). One afternoon when I returned, the sheets had what looked like BLOOD ON IT, so I had to take them off the bed and use a sheet from my sister’s room. She had another room across the hall from me. The bathtub curtain was disgusting like it had never been washed or changed. The light curtains on the window where white at some point, but had a huge and EXTREMELY NOTICABLE brown stain so every time the curtains were opened, you could see it. I went down at one point to order food from the restaurant within the hotel, but I left after 25 min because the same girl who was checking people in, was also answering phones, and taking people’s order with food. I waited and waited, and eventually left and got something DoorDashed instead because that ended up being more quick. I have pictures for everything that I’m talking about, bc I was so shocked that a hotel would charge this much and not at least have the room cleaned. Would I stay here again, ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Everything was good other than the comfort of the beds. The mattresses are very uncomfortable and hurt our backs. I think new mattresses would be a good suggestion.

It was a nice hotel for the trip we were on. The facilities were nice, clean, and well kept. The staff was amazing - very friendly and ready to help! We originally chose it because of it was located close to the event venue we were going to. It was a good value and we would stay there again!
