A very friendly welcome and staff were all cheerful. Deluxe king room was really spacoiua and comfortable, with very good cleaning standards. Short drive to central Dallas. Reasoably varied breakfast with hot and cold options.

Great hotel and very reasonable rates. Walking distance to an excellent family run Thai restaurant (Bangkok De Thai Cuisine). Good Wi-Fi, wholesome breakfast, comfortable beds. Would stay there again.

Excellent value, right on freeway but quiet with windows closed, excellent service, swimming pleasant with kids in pretty courtyard, nice fridge and microwave, walkable (1/2 block) to outdoor mall with good restaurants, coffee shop.

The room was dirty like the maid only cleaned a little bit then it smelled dirty. Other people were playing to loud over night couldn’t sleep. The elevator was slow like it wanted to break down and the other one was broke down. Just bad over all.

Some of the furniture in the lobby was terribly worn. The room was not the cleanest and during our short stay of approximately 7 and a half hours stay we saw 3 roaches in our room. We cut our stay short due to the conditions and decided to leave a little after 5 am. We have stayed at several LaQuinta hotels in different states but this one was the worst by far. We previously stayed at another one the prior weekend in a different location in Dallas and the room rate was less but it was far nicer cleaner and nicer. I stayed at this one because it was closer to our destination. I don’t think I will be using this location again and I will drive a further distance if I have to for comfort and a nicer stay.
