All employees I encountered were friendly. The hotel is very clean except there was a black spot on the floor between our beds. The bathroom and bathtub was very clean which is major for me. No spots, stains, mold or mildew of any kind in the tub.

In my room, the thermostat had a difficult time with managing the room temperature to be with what I set it for. In the shower, I don't recall when I had such a hard time with the water temperature fluctuation. It was horrible going from cold to very hot.
