The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
As you arrive in our quiet, beautiful neighborhood, you’ll notice that the absolutely stunning exterior of the home looks straight out of a magazine or movie with a lovely front lawn and amazing curb appeal. There is a 2-car garage available for you so that you can keep your car out of the sun. Tons of windows allow lots of natural light to stream in, and combined with the spaciousness and great flow, this lends a bright and airy feel to the entire home.
With beautiful flooring throughout, the living room has great space and features a gas fireplace with beautiful stonework. You’ll have a great time hanging out here on the cozy couches and chairs. The living room opens onto the elegant modern chef’s kitchen with built-in stainless-steel appliances, a large sink, tons of space on the beautiful white countertops, and plenty of storage in the gorgeous cupboards. You’ll definitely love cooking in this kitchen and with everything you could possibly need, we’ve made it easy for you to do so! Also on the main floor, you’ll find a separate formal dining room just off of the kitchen and a lovely little powder room.
You’ll have 5 bedrooms + a theatre room boasted with a queen-size sofa and twin pullout chairs so that your whole group can spread out comfortably. The rooms are truly spacious and furnished with lavish furniture and bedding ensuring that you’ll wake up feeling rejuvenated. The master bedroom also offers a great view of the pool. The 2.5 bathrooms are fully remodeled with double vanities, high-end luxury finishes, natural stone countertops, and beautiful flooring and wall tile design. The jaw-dropping master bath is truly spa-like; it might just be your favorite spot in the whole house. You’ll shower like the rich and famous in this huge walk-in shower with dual rainfall showerheads and fine Italian Calacatta marble. This shower is truly big enough to dance around in! You’ll definitely spend a lot of time relaxing here.
Speaking of relaxing, after watching a movie or a game in your own private cinema room, check out the backyard! The fully fenced-in private yard is huge and has tons of green space, as well as a patio area perfect for lounging and entertaining. The gorgeous pool shimmers under the sun and you’ll have so much fun splashing around in it.
In terms of sleeping arrangement, the layout of our room is as follows:
Master Bedroom: King Bed + Ensuite bathroom| Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen bed| Bedroom 4: Two Bunk beds | Bedroom 5: Queen bed and bunk bed (please note: this room will be opened for groups of 12+ only) | Cinema room: queen-size sofa and twin pullout chair.

The Neighborhood:
Conveniently located in the Sheffield Village neighborhood of Grand Prairie, your vacation home will be just 20 minutes away from DFW Airport and 25 minutes to downtown Dallas and downtown Fort Worth. You’ll have easy access to both cities on either side. Drive about 20 minutes in either direction and you’ll hit Joe Pool Lake and Mountain Creek Lake. We’re right in the center of it all!
In addition to the many amazing attractions in Dallas and Fort Worth, you’ll be within minutes of several other great family attractions, including some right here in Grand Prairie. Shop awesome deals at the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets just 10 minutes away. Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is a great time for the whole family, and if you’re visiting during the holiday season, the Prairie Lights display is a must-see, both just under 10 minutes away. Check out who’s playing at The Theatre at Grand Prairie, our live concert hall; be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum; pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys — all less than 20 minutes away. We’re also just a short drive away from the first-ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!
Getting Around:
If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.
Other Things to Note:
★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ DAMAGE DEPOSIT ★
We understand that accidents can happen. Once the reservation is confirmed, a damage deposit will be required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage occurs and all house rules are followed. Alternatively, guests can choose to pay a non-refundable one-time fee that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear, with no deductible. Please note: this option does not cover damages resulting from house rule violations.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO STREET PARKING ★
No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★
Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.
★ SPA NOTE ★
Please note that our spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. (But who really needs any additional heat in our scorching, Texan weather anyways?!)
★ TOWELS NOTE ★
Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy
regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
