My stay was good but the front counter was horrible. I paid through the app and the woman on the front counter made me pay again when I told her I paid through the app. She didn’t even try to check I had to call and fix the problem.

Please consider revisiting this property and the pics displayed. IT IS NOT ACCURATE.. It appeared abandoned. Overgrown landscape, shopping carts, most of the room curtains appeared to be missing or in disarray.. like a low budget extended stay, the front lobby while clean, was dark and had a stale, odor throughout.... the front desk agent was pleasant and agreed to cancel my reservation with no penalty as I did not fee comfortable staying there (hence the 5 star for service ONLY) It was late so and needed to find another option so I did not get the opportunity to take pic HOWEVER, I HIGHLY recommend you to revisit this property because it is being misrepresented to the consumers.

Stay two nights for family spring break at the weekend, 4th floor the room thermostat by the wall didn’t work had to change the temperature on the window unit and the AC is loud. Bathroom has vent that always on because didn’t have on/off switch and sounds like a loud generator. Refrigerator not plugged so the fridge completely warm. No daily housekeeping they say only cleaning the room on third day that’s just awful, can’t use the cups after first use and trash is piling up. The breakfast is awful, 9 am they running out most of the food while people lining up to get breakfast. While the area is the best and near many restaurants but the Hotel itself is a let down.
