Horrible experience and will never return, and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I checked in around 11pm, was not greeted, but was checked in. I asked if the room i was given had a bathtub in which I was informed it did not. I asked if I could get a room with a bathtub, and the clerk was able to switch me to a room with a bathtub. I get to my room for it to be a FILTHY handicap accessible room. The sofa was filthy the carpet had huge stains the shower/tub was dirty the sheets were dirty and so was the fridge not to mention we were put on the side that was being worked on so we had no view! I took pictures and immediately went back down to the front desk and asked for my previous room with the shower and informed the clerk the room was filthy. I got to my room, which was a little better but still needed work. The next morning me and my spouse and I were heading out to start our day as we started our car, which was very loud! He proceeded to look underneath the vehicle to see that our catalytic converter was stolen! We informed the front desk, but before we could mention what was stolen, she already knew since someone else had there's stolen a week prior! Never will I book at this hotel again and will definitely warn people. I lost money, time as well as my catalytic converter.

Room was average. Water pressure was very low in the shower. Floors could use a deep clean; scuff marks. Continental breakfast was not good, compared to other Springhill Suites I’ve stay in. Price was too much for the type of stay I encountered.

I was able to check in early without a penalty. The room was comfortable and clean for the most part. The staff was friendly too. This hotel was about 15 minutes from downtown Dallas and that was appreciated for my trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience with the front desk, particularly with a staff member named Tiffany, was extremely disappointing. There was an initial miscommunication when we checked in, as our two rooms were supposed to be placed next to each other, but the hotel staff failed to arrange that. When I brought this up, Tiffany was dismissive and clearly had an attitude toward me, although I noticed she was polite with other customers. What really crossed the line was when I went to the front desk to mention that our room’s remote wasn’t working. Instead of offering a solution, Tiffany responded with a sarcastic “the remote works,” as if I didn’t know how to use it. It felt like she was questioning my intelligence, and it was both unprofessional and insulting. To top it off, when I first approached her at the desk, she didn’t even bother to acknowledge me until I had to speak up. I’ve never experienced such rude and condescending service at a hotel before, and it completely soured our stay. I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback and works to improve their staff’s attitude and customer service.

I have stayed at this hotel the last 3 times to Dallas. It’s fine, but each time more things don’t work or are broken and haven’t been fixed. It’s fine for 1 night but don’t stay much longer. I will look elsewhere first next trip.
