Didn’t like not having housekeeping everyday, not enough lights in the room, no safety bars in the shower and no safe in the room. Liked the breakfast, near restaurants, beds very comfortable.

Rates go up while you receive less
The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are spacious. My biggest complaint is we paid almost $200 a night and they clean the rooms every other day and after the first night we asked for towels and they asked us to bring the dirty towels down so we can get new clean towels. I’ve never experienced that at a hotel before. No service what so ever.

We stayed from April 17 until April 21 & during the whole stay NOT ONCE was our room cleaned. I pointed this out to front desk twice when having to get more toilet paper & clean towels since ours were reused several times. But again our room never was cleaned. Our trash cans were overflowing onto the floor which I had to empty myself in the lobby TWICE. The hotel was nice but the staff was TERRIBLE. Unacceptable for the price we paid to never had our room cleaned & for us to empty our own trash, keep going to front desk when we ran out of toilet paper & to pick up CLEAN towels. To have reported this twice & still the room was NEVER cleaned. Would NEVER stay there again & shame on Marriott for allowing this to happen & doing nothing about it even when I again for third time told the front desk & the response was "okay I'll let them know". Really!!!!!!!

Rooms are clean. Front staff needs work. I rented two room one for two night and another for three nights and tvs in neither room was working. Front staff said that she would have maintenance come replace or move us room and never heard from them again. She said that TVs were blue therefore needed replaced.
