The staff was lovely, I had seen photos which included a pool but then was informed it had been closed for a long while now so that was disappointing. Otherwise it was comfortable, quiet and very convenient to the west end & the aquarium.

Enjoyed our one week stay. Good location. Others noted parking was not good, but if park in the lot across the street you will be fine. Daily rate includes in and out privileges. I will give credit to the hotel's valet parking people for telling me about this option vs. the hotel's pricey valet option that does not include full in and out privileges. The area seemed safe to me.

Orbitz shows room service as amenity. There is none and then when you order from recommended restaurant they won’t deliver. When you order just pizza they aren’t allowed to come into the lobby and are turned away. HORRIBLE do not choose this property…. There are plenty of other options that are much better in the area. Additionally at check in the bathroom was dirty. Feces in the toilet not even flushed and dirt on floor … just a terrible experience! Again do not make this mistake!!!

My suite was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was a home from hone stay for 7 nights. Having a fridge and microwave was a luxury additional welcome. I was in Dallas for 3 day conference and spacious and access to Wifi and a good variety of amenities made my stay comfortable.

Great staff, facility and location. Arrived in the late afternoon and had a speedy checkin. Cleaned up and walked to a few restaurants / bars for dinner and drinks (within 5 minute walk). There was one corner that was a bit sketchy w/homeless people but they seemed harmless enough as we passed by. Came home late and woke early. Good variety for breakfast with more super friendly staff helping my youngest. Checked out and walked to the World Aquarium which was about 2 minutes away. Overall an excellent experience!

The valet parking situation is awful. It’s run by the city, not the hotel. The retrieval process is unintuitive, glitchy, and slow. Setup for breakfast was poorly designed with toast and waffles crammed in the front where no one can get to plates and utensils when there’s a wait for those. Moving “quick” food first would do wonders for flow!
