The property ia not upkept. The housekeeping staff is doing their part with cleaning, however, the building itself has a staunch smell of mildew and funk imbedded in the walls. Noticeable water damage throughout, and this is my 2nd time ataying at this hotel at this location in 2 different rooms with the same complaints. The shower head back that attaches to the wall was hanging and detached from the wall. The walls were super dirty as well. This place has extended stayers and a lot of familial staff, which is why i believe the review rating is unfairly skewed against prospective lodgers. Highly disappointing. I've stayed in better 3ā­ļø hotels and even extended stays. The price is not reflecting the condition because it would be cheaper

The stovetop in the kitchenette did not work at all. The room was super humid, likely because the window wasnā€™t sealed properly and the AC unit was directly underneath it. Also, turning the AC on heat created smoke which triggered the fire alarm. While the room was mostly clean, the property is not well maintained and is in pretty bad shape. They also refused a refund after I pointed all of these things out.

It was a nice propertyā€¦ it was close to a lot since it was right off the interstate with access to 3 major interstates within blocks of the propertyā€¦ had everything we needed to go with the kitchenetteā€¦ did however have a single roach on the wall

Could have been better
The property is in a security deprived area of Dallas however the property is well lit and I had no issues. The room was severely lacking, the room smelt heavily of mold, i fount the smell was primarily coming from the bathroom but the ac unit also had an odor coming from it. The bed was pretty firm but it was clean. Definitely a Low end hotel.

The hotel was clean and a convenient location. Front desk check-in was easy, and the gentleman was very pleasant. The rooms are clean and spacious. Everyone from housekeeping to the reception desk was friendly. The hotel is very conveniently located close to UT Southwestern hospital.

This was a fantastic place to stay.
Very nice amazing people working the front desk. Housekeeping was amazing very helpful and friendly. The room that we used was very accommodating. It was clean and smelled wonderful. The bathroom was clean and everything was placed perfectly and easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were great, and the staff was very helpful. Our flight was delayed and rerouted and the staff at this hotel took care of us. We got a good room and good service. The hotel is nice, very clean, and conveniently close to the airport.
