Needed a new remote two times was handed random remotes that were unsusable. The vending machines only accepted coins and was only after putting in bills in, with no product were informed that it doesn't accept cash. They will take your money but not reciprocate your loss. Asked for a sign to be posted to let guests know but nothing was done by the following morning. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS i.e Income or quality of the guests stay

We stayed at this property before we went on a cruise. Check-in was great, but we had no lighting on the couch side of our room believe it or not. The gentleman working could not find a light for us so the whole relaxation area was unlit. We asked for a light from other rooms to help us out and weā€™re not met with our request. We were not giving a discount. We were not counter. We had a horrible horrible experience at this property.

I was stranded in Dallas due to airline issues booked this hotel because it showed airport transport. I tried calling for 3 hours for help. Ended up paying extra for an uber who took me to the wrong super 8 and when i called multiple times to correct the situation no one was available the other super 8 attempted to reach them no answer and i had no choice but to just check in and pay for another hotel so i was charged double basically when someone or something could have been helped and now they are only offering a 25 00 refund.

Great little hotel
It was a very nice stay. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We only stayed there one night because we had to catch a plane out of DFW airport early in the morning. No issues at all. And, The Parking Spot (Premium) was literally next-door so it was very convenient to park at The Parking Spot and take a shuttle to the airport.

If you are looking for a cheap place to get a night's rest, then this will probably do. The rooms are old and in need of repair. Some booking sites say something about breakfast but there is none. I went down for some coffee at 8:00 am and the woman said it would be ready in a second and went on mopping the floor. she was very upset that I asked for a cup so I could get some juice..

The accommodations were run down. There were holes in the carpet. The furniture was warn down from years of use, abuse and neglect. The bathroom was missing the hooks on the door. The paint was chipped and chipping. The photos online showed a nice place. Unfortunately, the reality was a very different and disappointing picture.

The photos advertising the accommodations look very nice. The holes in the carpet, torn off wall hooks in the bathroom, rattling A/C unit however were left out of the advertisement. This place offers shelter out of the cold and rain. I'd suggest spending a bit more money to get accommodations that match their advertisements. This one didn't do the trick.

This hotel isnā€™t horribleā€¦but it isnā€™t good. Perhaps a ā€œfairā€ rating would be adequate? I booked this hotel without looking at reviews, which, like many others have said, was a mistake. My arrival to DFW was at 11:45 am, and it took 50 minutes for the shuttle to come. The waiting area at DFW was a bit sketchy, hot and humid, and smelled of exhaust, so these 50 minutes were hell. Finally, the shuttle came, which is basically an old, beat up van that services 6-8 hotels, driven by drivers who go a bit too fast (no seatbelts, either!). The hotel was okay. I looked for bugs when I got there and didnā€™t see any. More importantly, I looked for bed bugs (which I was freaking out about, since other reviews had mentioned this). There were no bed bugs, just as there was no hot water in the shower (the bathroom sink, interestingly, did have hot water). Bed was comfy. Furniture was old and stained. I set my luggage on the desk so it wouldnā€™t have to come into contact with the stained fabric of the furniture. Would I stay here again? As a solo male traveler looking for a few hours of sleep: yes. Traveling with my wife: no. Traveling with family: absolute NO! I wouldnā€™t trust anyone to be on the carpet, and even I wished I had sandals. Good luck in your travelsā€¦but do like others have said and shell out a bit more money for something better.
