Construction on other Hotel Rooms starting before 7am. Dirty bed linens with tears. Old mattresses, no iron of hairdryer in room; both of which are necessities when traveling for work. Would only stay as last resort. [resort used loosely]

The property said it has a pool which it did but when I check in the pool was closed which was unfortunate cause I reserved the room so my kids could swim . So thatā€™s was a waste of money on my end
