This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in Dallas. It’s in the historic Oakcliff section of Dallas, an easy trip to downtown. Walking distance to great coffee shops, great dining, and historical sites like the Texas Theater. I would recommend it to anyone.

The room and security of the facility were amazing. We will be staying here again. My only comment would be there is no elevator and would like to see on the website a list of rooms on the first floor.

nice property, nice room with a living room space. comfortable. all no contact with codes to get in everywhere. the only negative was the parking lot that was supposed to be secure with a code to get in but the gate wide open the whole time we were there.

Comfortable bed in well decorated room
The room was decorated beautifully and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't get to check out the pool, but the room and hotel in general was great. I really only have one complaint - The 'heated toilet seat' did not work. What was worst for me what that it would not stay up without holding the lid. I would suggest the owner add a full-length mirror somewhere in the room as the only mirror was in the bathroom.

This was a different experience for me. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with no keys before. Everything was opened by code that’s messaged to you: parking lot access, building access, and your room. If I weren’t already familiar with Dallas / the area, this might not be a great choice. Because you don’t have the usual hotel staff available — it’s all you. No concierge, no valet, no restaurant, etc. It was totally fine for my purposes (and the price was right!), but I would hesitate to recommend it to absolute newbies.
