We booked here after cancelled flights and I am so glad we did. After a long day of traveling and pivoting plans, this hotel Was so welcome and accommodating. The restaurant was wonderful and service from the shuttle, to front desk, to our waiter was outstanding. We cannot praise this hotel enough!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have always had a good stay. However, they now charge you extra for a 4th person - in a room that sleeps 4?? They also charge you $20 a night to park. When we returned from our trip we came back to our truck only to find that someone had stolen both tail lights! We were told by staff that they do not have security on sight. I’ve always loved Westin’s but now they just nickel and dime you. Will not stay there again.

Rude service. I had to wait 5+ mins for check in although there was noone in line, both receptions took multiple phone calls. Then the receptionist misspelled my name multiple times. Also, it is incredible that we have to pay for parking ($21!!!!!!) while there is pretty much no other way to get there
