When we got to hotel an hour after check in we were told to wait for front desk to arrive. When front desk finally showed up 15-20 min later a family walked in and she checked them in first even though there was me and another gentleman waiting way before them.even after the staff told her we were there first. Also Monday the valet parking literally just handed us our key to go get our own car. Why are we required to pay for valet when we have to retrieve our own car. It was dead but still I shouldn’t be charged if I have to walk back and forth to my own car.

Rooms were ok, but everything else is poor building, extremely noisy and overpriced. Breakfast was terrible. Almost nothing at 8:30 am We just decided to go somewhere else. Noise from the street was very loud. I couldn’t sleep all night. No insulation at all. Staff was ok. And parking fee 35$ a night for “valet” which is actually self parking. Hotel also charged me two valet car and we have one car. Tru.. disappointed me. No Hilton quality at all

The elevator takes long because they only have one. the service was great but the valet parking was pointless because you can park it yourself. Other than that the location is near many places around downtown.

Elevators are slow
Chosen for proximity to amenities. Comfortable beds. Free breakfast. $35 valet parking which was not needed due to small size of lot and resulted in parking our own vehicle most of the time. Elevators took an eternity which was inconvenient and led to taking stairs more often than not. Welcoming staff.

This hotel is apparently out of everything! My wife spilt some Gatorade on the blanket and it bled through. No biggie, I’ll goto the front office for a new one. They say they’re out and room service didn’t clean any, I asked for sheets they’re out, I even asked for towels… they are out. I’m afraid to ask for toilet paper. I read other reviews and it looks like the general manager only reads half way and doesn’t actually care for the customer. One elevator? That’s a joke. No clean anything? That’s a joke. Maybe they need to fire the whole staff and start anew. I will not stay here and will recommend my friends to go somewhere else as well. Hilton needs to drop the book on this location.

Modern but needs work.
We did a 1-night stay at this hotel it’s right off the Dallas /downtown freeway. The hotel was very clean and modern. However, I was very disappointed too book based off the roof-top experience just too find out it’s only for “private events” so the hotel had nothing else too offer no pool or anything..also.. when I arrived I had too pay $40 for valet parking.. even though nobody went and got my car or parked my car but me.. the entire stay. Room is beautiful but very noisy since the freeway is at your window and they have the worst pillows. As soon as you lay on it turns flat! Lol.

The location is run by a bunch of kids who were more on their cellphones and when breakfast was served they refused to refill oatmeal. The rooftop bar was for events only. Always closed. They had to be ask for plates and the front desk people got frustrated when asked for them. When asked about rooftop pool they said they don’t have one. That is the main reason I stayed there. Nothing was as advertised.

Rooms were nice it was spacious for one person however the issues I have encountered was during my stay, elevators were working when checking in but when I was trying to go to the lobby elevators kept me waiting for 20 min, to the fact I just used the stairs instead, come to think about it, only one elevator worked my whole stay, like the other one was not working at all. For breakfast how do you call that a buffet…. All you can eat is bacon, eggs and pancakes. Cereal and yogurt were the other alternatives but I wouldn’t consider that a buffet at all with limited options Finally, I was excited for the rooftop bar and terrace view, yet it was supposedly closed for a private event…. I’m looking at reviews and it’s been that for weeks, who hosts a private event on a Tuesday…

This particular hotel has a rooftop bar that customers are not allowed to enjoy. It is false advertising!!! We like the rooms as we have stayed there before but the rooftop bar and lounge areas are only for private parties and I don’t think it’s fair for the customers not to be able to use it!!! So we were not able to entertain ourselves and enjoy the hotel like we would’ve like to!

We arrived late Friday there was an event taking place. I was little concerned about the noise but it was not an issue. I had to leave out early the next morning for meeting's went down to grab breakfast at 0610 night shift desk clerk said they weren't here yet, went back up stairs, came back down 20 minutes before my Uber was to pick me up, she said they didn't come in but she so graciously set up everything as well as continuing to work front desk. I'm so sorry i failed to get her name but she is a star employee and deserves a bonus every time she has to bail out the breakfast attendant. When I returned from meeting's noticed that housekeeping hadn't come in to gather garbage and replace towels needless to say i was disappointed in this. But overall was a good stay.

Valet parking is a joke. Why do you have it. Just more unnecessary cost. I will avoid your places to save that cost. Beside, I was not informed about the $35 extra charge until after my cancellation period. That is a manipulation I really hated. Also, your rooms are large, cold, and without sufficient furniture. Additional chair and sofa would help. The rooms are encapsulated in hard surfaces causing a cold feeling and echo environment. One elevator working was a major problem. I will avoid “Tru.” In all future searches.
