We planned to stay 4 nights but after the first night, we left. The floor was sticky, you could see grime on the kitchen floor, not sure the stovetop had ever been cleaned, handles were sticky, the hallways and elevator smelled. They don't give you anything to actually clean your dishes with. It looks great on the outside and the location is great. The floorplan is good and parking is secured at night. But so much missed opportunity to be great all around.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Staff was friendly. I had reserved a 3 bedroom, but received a call that they had overbooked, so I was placed in a two bedroom and a one bedroom across the hall. Both rooms were nice. It would have been nice to have what was reserved, but glad they could accommodate what was needed.

Good stay overall. Elevator has a distict smell of an old tea bag. I did call for a late check out, yet was pressured to leave at normal time. The person who told me i could have the extra time did not note this for in the system.

The first room we had was dirty and had ants all over the bed and all under the bed and on the floor. It was really dirty. Then when we asked for a new room the lady at the front desk was really rude but we eventually got a new clean room.
