This is a nice property, new construction with modern emenities. The only reason why I'm putting it as 3 stars is because after a long flight and then drive to the hotel, I got in, took a shower and ready to eat and relax late at night and none of the 3 TV's worked. Nothing at all. They had to move me from the 1st floor to the 4th floor which sucked because I was already in my PJ's. There is DirecTV boxes in each room but no directTV, only internet streaming. Also there are no USB ports to charge my devices as sometimes I forget my phone charger.

We had a three bedroom suite and it was amazing. Our flights were cancelled and this was just what we needed. It’s independently owned, and you can tell since they are so hands on for customer service. If I’m in Dallas again I will not hesitate to stay here.

The suite was clean but we found 2 dirty glasses and a bowl in the cabinets. The dishwasher never worked and they took 4 days to send maintenance over to our suite, exactly a day before we left. On our 6th day we found a shirtless guy with wet pants trying to break in the building, when we informed the front desk lady her responde was "someone should call the police because I don't have all the information". The internet conexion was terrible and it smelt like weed all the time. Overall our stay was okay but they should pay more attention to the cleaning and functioning of the equipment of the suites, as well as secuirity of the building.

The furnishings and overall feel is cheap and substandard, may be a place more for long term low cost rental, not equivalent to a courtyard or residence inn or similar. Bed mattress was TERRIBLY soft - and not a good soft. A bit noisy. Food choices in mini store were terrible. Would not go back again.

Loved this hotel, we stayed for about a week. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Asked to extend our stay 1 more day and it was super easy. The room was clean and the staff would accommodate you if you needed extra supply. We will definitely book here for future trips.

I enjoyed the property for the most part, but the floors were pretty dirty and they don't have housekeeping until you leave. The elevator in building two has a strong smell of cana (which didnt bother me as a washingtonian, but might overwhelm others), and you can tell people live there long term. It gets pretty noisy but the price of the 2 br suite was excellent and they were super accommodating. I extended my stay by a day and it wasn't an issue for them. I felt safe the whole time I was there.
