Walls are super thin and heard my neighbors fighting at 3am two nights in a row unfortunately. Staff were super nice especially Jose. While rooms are clean the elevator has a terrible smell. It didn’t bother me at first but as the days went on I started taking the stairs because the smell made me nauseous.

I’ve stayed here before, but never during OU vs Texas. I love the amenities here. The people above me were so loud that they woke me up out of my sleep. I called the front desk and nobody answered. My boyfriend called as well and nobody was answering. I walked to the office at 3am and nobody was there. Then a worker shows up and she’s on the phone. She’s like how can I help. I told her that the people above me were being loud. The people above me never calmed down. It’s a very nice property but I wouldn’t recommend staying during and college events.

Pros: The area around the property is beautiful. The facilities are new. Cons: Initially we requested a two-bedroom property with two bed in one of those, which weren't given to us, and when we wanted to change rooms, the staff at the lobby didn't even bother to check and told us that they were fully booked for the weekend so that was not possible. Also, there is a current issue with cockroaches (we found 6 in our stay)
