This was a hidden gem! It is so nice inside and almost everyone was amazing. The only problem we encountered was there was a wedding going on and there was no parking. When we inquired at the front desk what our options were she basically ripped our heads off and told us there was nothing she could do. She was unnecessarily mean and we weren’t being rude, but that kind of ruined our night.

I chose this place because of the review rating. Im going to save some people and let you know i wanted to change my hotel as soon as i arrived. The place is really dirty. There was vomit on the lobby floor and they just stuck a cone next to it as it dried. The front desk was rude. They have no accommodation for anyone including children. We had 2 adults and 2 teen children and the room had only 2 blankets. We had to get my son an air mattresses from walmart so he could sleep because they have no roll away beds. They refused to let him have a blanket for his air mattresses. The pool was disgusting the hot tub was warm at best with no jets and a lot of floating dirt and hair. My wife had a horrible reaction to the water in the hot tub while she was in it before we noticed how disgusting the water was. We tried to eat at the restaurant la pearle and our food was inedible. My wife got a salad and the ranch was sour as it had gone bad days before we got served. The dallas hot chicken sandwich was inedible as it tasted like apple cider vinegar. Our pasta dish had thick black hair in it. And they still charged us over 100 dollars for food we couldn't eat. We couldn't get towels or toilet paper because none of the cleaning staff understood what we were asking for. It was somewhere I will not go back to and dont recommend to anyone. There are many hotels within the immediate area that are far cleaner and safer.

The only hiccup I can think of is that the pool is indoors and is surrounded by hotel rooms. The noise from the people at the pool echo throughout all the rooms

Upon the entrance to the hotel, it was wonderful! Didn't run into issues until the next day. Found blood that didn't come from either one of us... asked housekeeping and front desk to change sheets for this issue. We left hotel to start our day at about 11am Thursday morning... didnt return to hotel til about 5pm that evening... enterer our room wnd sheets were still dirty... called front desk... waited about 30min and no change of sheets... called front desk again... wait 20more min... by this time my bf just went downstairs and got us fresh sheets from the front desk. We were in the process of making the bed when housekeeping knocked and made the bed for us... next morning got up on friday left at about 11 am. Didnt return til about 8 pm... we retired to our room and for the next 4 hrs at Least! We heard screaming, yelling, running, doors slamming, fire alarms being set off, and the smell of weed... we called the front desk to complain and nothing was done! Woke up next morning on saturday at about 9am. Didnt return til about 7pm to freaking hotel rowanda happening at the hotel. EVERY parking spot was taken by the african wedding party! We drove around the hotel for an hr trying to find parking. Finally a parking spot became available! After a good hike to the hotel from our bfe parking spot we were able to make it to our room! Yesterday, monday morning hotel rowanda was packed in the continental breakfast. People going back for 3rds when people were just now showing up!

The guy with the ponytail that works the continental breakfast is a great employee! He’s beyond nice and helpful. Give him a raise. This is a beautiful hotel, but the breakfast is not good at all. U have to ask for sausage and bacon. The bacon isn’t cooked thoroughly. The sausage taste like imitation meat.

At one point this was a nice place. Its definately dated. Very limited parking. We had to walk about two city blocks from the back of the building ,which was a sketchy area, to the front to check on and leave. There aren't any other entrances or non-emergency exits in the building. The room they gave me was not clean. The next room was nice. The staff just kept using the excise they are sold out today and its not normally like this. A simple appology for the experience would have sufficed. Overall, its not the worst place ive ever stayed but i would not stay here again if given a choice.

The property was close to the airport, highways, and the Cowboys Stadium. The buffet for breakfast was also really good with lots of options.

The location is a bit sketchy. There were several stains on the carpet and furniture in our room. The elevator was very dirty and many tiles were loose/missing causing a tripping hazard. The staff was all kind and friendly.
