Overall the hotel/our room was nice There were some downfalls unfortunately The sheets on the bed are like the paper covering on an exam table at a doctors office It smelled musty in our room We turned the air down and it got cool but still humid feeling? At night we kept hearing this clicking noise from our room door so that was a little unnerving

This place was clean over all. But from the room I was on floor 3 you could hear EVERYTHING! Since the windows face the reception entrance area. There’s an event space in hotel as well so there was a lot of going in annd out. So I was not able to sleep comfortably for the 2 nights I was there.

Recently renovated hotel with interior balconies. They have lights that go on when you walk into an area. This resulted in flashing lights, with light coming into the room around the curtains and waking you up. Ask for an exterior room. The restaurant is very good, especially the Indian menu. Sadly the dining room has no windows and low ceilings. The free breakfast is amazing, with made to order omelets and eggs, Starbuck's coffee and good buffet selection. Close to the airport.

The renovations were really nice. The staff was also very friendly. The only 2 downsides were the fact that you could hear people in the lobby after hours due to the multiple events that were had and the door slamming was pretty annoying. There were also no windows to the outside only the lobby which wasn’t the greatest but other wise I really enjoyed my stay here

Hotel location is unmatched. Sub-way, bus stop, and taxi stands are at the hotel. Remember this hotel is a historical place in the history of Uzbekistan. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay. The Rooms are great little dated which is expected. Front desk is great, especially Mr.Mohair and very helpful Girls Zebo, Mokhinur will respond to your questions regarding the area and any help you need to have a great stay at Tashkent. Breakfast is out of this world and there are lots of choices for great breakfast for your long day exploring. I notice that the Chef lady was always present at the breakfast making sure everything gets refilled quickly and nothing is out of place. I loved it. Housekeeping is the most disappointing part of this hotel. First day's room was great but the next day for housekeeping, like horrible no vacuum, the bed was made by a 6 year old. No matter how many times the front desk requests them to help the customer , there is no response.
