Well equipped, modern flat - excellent position near the sea and close to water sports facilities. We didn’t have wifi in the flat but everything else was excellent and super clean. The balcony was a real plus.

Depuis 20 ans que nous louons en Bretagne, cet appartement restera une pépite. Et pas seulement par le paysage sublime sur lequel il ouvre sa terrasse en bord de mer, mais aussi par la qualité et l'agrément des prestations globales qu'il offre. Tout est neuf, évidemment très propre, niveaux de confort et d'équipements très bons. Malgré une météo moyenne en ce début Octobre, nous avons pu profiter au maximum de ce séjour grâce à tout cela. Merci aussi aux propriétaires, gentils, chaleureux, disponibles, discrets. Si nous en avons l'opportunité, c'est avec un très grand plaisir que nous y reviendrons.

Nous avons adoré ce séjour dans cet appartement. La vue directe sur la mer depuis les baies de la salle et la fenêtre de la cuisine est incroyable. On se lève, et dès le petit déjeuner, on en prend plein la vue ! L'appartement est très bien situé : il y a une petite plage en face, mais il y a pas mal de galets (prévoir les petites chaussures de plongée), et à 7 mn à pied, sans se presser, par la voie verte, sans voiture aux alentours, on arrive à la grande plage de sable. C'est extra ! La boulangerie est à 25 mn à pied; cela peut paraître long, mais quelle chouette balade à faire, le long de la plage : on ne voit pas le temps passer. Il y a aussi possibilité de louer un vélo, car Marc et Nadine proposent un petit local où l'on peut le ranger. Seul petit bémol de la location, le plafond très bas dans la chambre, et l'escalier de meunier très très raide : il faut s'accrocher à la rampe pour descendre, et je vous conseille d'apporter une lampe frontale si vous avez l'habitude de vous lever la nuit, ainsi vous pourrez libérer vos deux mains et descendre en toute sécurité !

Schöne kleine Unterkunft mit Top Aussicht
Wir waren zu Dritt für zwei Wochen in dem Apartment im Sommer. Die Lage ist perfekt, man sieht das Meer vom Balkon aus, kann in einer Minute an der Promenade sein und spazieren oder baden. Der Ort Damgan bietet alles, was man für den Alltag braucht und ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Die Vermieter sind liebenswerte und zuvorkommende Menschen, Kommunikation ist auf Englisch (oder natürlich Französisch) möglich. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten für ein Kind / Kinder sind nur bis zu einem gewissen Alter / Größe akzeptabel, da das Bett in dem Kindschlafzimmer und das Schlafsofa recht klein sind. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Achtung: es gibt kein WiFi in dem Apartment, man sollte sicher gehen, dass man genug Volumen für den Urlaub hat. Der Empfang ist ok (Telekom / Vodafone), könnte aber besser sein.

Appartement très bien équipé, environnement idéal pour farniente, visite du Morbihan et ramassage de coquillages à marée basse. Belle promenade pour se rendre au centre de Damgan par la plage. Allez-y, balcon incroyable avec vue imprenable,vous ne serez pas déçu... Visites de La Roche Bernard, du château de Suscinio à Sarzeau, balade dans le golf du Morbihan en bateau, du village de Rochefort en Terre, du domaine du poète ferrailleur et tant d'autres... Le seul point négatif qu'on peut relever serait l'escalier pour monter à la chambre du haut, mais c'était clairement indiqué dans l'annonce, et donc ni une surprise ni matière à ronchonage. Juste à bien faire attention dans le cas d'enfants un peu turbulents et casse-cou (ce qui n'était pas notre cas). Pour le reste, tout était très bien : bien situé mais calme, face à la mer, avec une terrasse très agréable, une cuisine bien équipée, un espace global très suffisant pour une famille (2 adultes + 1 préadolescent), tout était très propre à notre arrivée. Vraiment rien à dire, une adresse à garder pour un nouveau séjour en Bretagne Sud.... Merci pour tout et pour l'accueil !
