This was our first time to this property and we absolutely loved it! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the views were amazing! We will be back for sure!

Great spot in Dana Point. Maybe not as walkable to shops and restaurants as some other hotels but the rooms are spacious and updated and the price is great. The staff are very friendly and efficient. And they have nice outdoor spaces like a rooftop bar and patios with views of the ocean and the sunset.

The room smells like sewer. The bathroom was not clean. Parking was expensive ($40). Should be free for guests or at least half price. No other place to park so you don't have a choice but to pay.

I’m not impressed by hidden fees and lack of attentiveness to guests. TV service balky at best. Noise from rooftop lounge excessive. Could not open window to cool room due to bar noise. Good beach access. Rate charged was higher than quoted. Pet friendly. Inadequate notice that room cleaning isn’t daily so ran out of coffee and cups after first night. Requested daily housecleaning was denied other than emptying trash and some fresh linen.

Highly recommend

I stayed here during a solo staycation work trip and was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and care I received. From the moment I pulled up and handed my keys to John at the valet area I felt at home. John helped me with my luggage and was so welcoming. Inside the front doors I was greeted with more smiling faces and checked in quickly. The hotel was updated and very clean inside. My room was very clean and had all the essentials I needed including a desk for me to work on, a mini fridge, and a couch. The bed was comfy and the temperature controls worked well also. Kaji at the valet was also above and beyond friendly taking the time to talk about restaurants and the area. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely come back again! Thank you Hilton for making this weekend great!
