Iā€™m an optimist so I tend to believe the positive reviews, but the previous negative reviews were more accurate. The front desk lady Samantha couldnā€™t have been more rude or unfriendly. When you are the first encounter at a place of business you need to make somewhat of an effort to be pleasant. She acted as though we were such an inconvenience to her. Not a smile. Not a kind word. I hope whoever her manager is sees this. Now the morning guy was amazing and smiling and friendly! Loved him. Rooms were musty and humid. Shower floor stained. Breakfast options were great though.
