My reception experience with Ming was outstanding. The room itself was fine

Told the reception to thank the cleaners,. the wonderful room my daughter paid for me to rest my head for the night was pure bliss thank u will b back again for sure. Awesome location handy to everything walking distance cafes night owl n all the wonderful restaurants, not far to Uber to city of u want to hit the dance floor. Thank u ✌

We thought that the security was not up to standard. The hallway to the room was littered with a little bits of paper. The carpet to the room was old and dated. It was not a good look on the way to our room. We had to check by putting our details on a computer. We would have preferred to be checked in by a welcoming person. The toilet button got stuck on the toilet. There were no coat hangers in our room. The room was very clean though. The coffee machine was broken in the cafe near the reception. The location was perfect for us so close to Garden City Shopping Centre.

Well positioned apartments with great views. The gym and pool were good. Parking wasn’t easy nearby, but otherwise quite acceptable accommodation.

Apartment hadn't been cleaned before we checked in but once we notified them they had someone come up and clean it straight away. Unit was good for the money but needing a facelift place is starting to show it's age but close to everything and would stay again.
