We've transformed an old space into a stylish and contemporary haven. Though the initial arrival may evoke a haunted house movie, with two former hotels on the lot, the locked and secure old Future Inn will soon undergo redevelopment. However, we've revitalized the front building, offering tastefully renovated units that ensure your comfort and delight.

The Space:
The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery. Please note that there is no full kitchen.
For home office requirements, the unit is furnished with a desk and fast WiFi.
Alternatively, kick off your shoes, relax on our comfy King size bed and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV in your unit.
WiFi is included in the rate.
The building is a former hotel, but it’s neither operated nor staffed as a hotel. We built individual modern units with self-check-in. Our team is readily available by email or text message to assist you during your stay.

Guests have access to everything inside the apartment.

Our exceptional location is surrounded by a host of amenities, including an Irving gas station, Tim Hortons, Alexandra's Pizza, a Needs Convenience Store, and the vibrant Smoke House, which occasionally hosts live performances. Situated near the highway, we provide effortless access to Dartmouth Mic Mac Mall, while downtown Halifax is only a short 15-minute drive away. For nature enthusiasts, the enchanting Albro Lake area is just a leisurely stroll from our hotel.

PARKING:
In Halifax area, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10, valid until 11:00 am.
- The guest will be notified before 11:00 am to extend parking.
