Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom relaxing oasis, in the heart of Dartmouth.

This unit offers a modern living space and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Our back yard, with its babbling brook and beautiful landscaping transports you to a calm, tranquil Oasis.

The house is perfectly situated for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers and Lake trails. We are 8 minutes drive away from Downtown Halifax and only 4 minutes to Downtown Dartmouth.

You will have full private use of the unit you are renting.
This unit has a private deck area with BBQ and seating.
The property has a large back yard where each unit has their own area, with large communally shared extension at the back.

A peaceful residential area, with easy access to Lake Banook.
There is a beautiful trail that loops around the lake, which can be walked or biked.
Local amenities such as coffee shops, gas stations and supermarkets are just seconds away. The property is close to the Dartmouth crossing and Highway 111.

We are perfectly situated for using public transport, walking or cycling around Dartmouth.

Downtown is only a 30 minute walk away and a short ferry-ride will get you to the Halifax waterfront.

We do provide Propane tanks for use with the BBQ.
We don't provide wood for the fire pit. This can be purchased locally.
Mobility Access - Guests will have to walk on steps in order to access the unit and also the back yard.
Self Check-in between 4pm and 7pm. Our guest communication team are on call until 8pm to ensure your check in goes smoothly.

Absolutely no parties! AND No additional guests not included in the reservation.
Parties will result in a fine of 400$ regardless of damages.
For your safety, the protection of our property and the happiness of our neighbors have external security cameras and noise level monitors at the property.
We have neighbors, and noise complaints will not be tolerated.

Absolutely no smoking indoors. Any trace of smoking indoors will result in a fine of 400$ regardless of damages. If smoking outdoors, please properly dispose of butts.

Pet's - we welcome pet's at the property. Please let us know at the time of booking if any pets will be joining you on your stay.
Please make sure dogs are kept on a leash when not on the property.

If your are looking for cozy, warm and inviting, this is the place for you. The entire environment feels like home, included it’s friendly neighborhood. The suite is comfortable for one person, however, what it lacks in space, it makes up for in luxury.

Great location to access NA Indigenous Games and comfy spot.
It was a great place to stay….beautiful indoors and the back with the little garden and brook. Serenity! Conveniently location to easily access the water…Lake Banook is great for walks and for running, water activities. Can walk to grocery store and the lobster roll truck is right at the end of the street. Easy to access the bridge to Halifax activities, waterfront shops restaurants and galleries. Lovely quiet tree lined area. Owner contact and check in to ensure all is well…excellent quality care. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay! The unit had everything I needed. It was super clean, modern and beautiful. The outdoor space is such a bonus. The communication with Riley and his team was great! They made sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend Riley and his property.
