A large family friendly home in a quiet, leafy suburb, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully air conditioned.
Located at the base of an escarpment this home is surrounded by bushland out the back, it's very quiet and peaceful - but still only 2 mins drive from the centre of Palmerston.
• Fully air conditioned with fans in every room to keep you cool and comfortable
• The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, food processor and blender.
• Tea, coffee, milk and basic pantry items (oils, sauces etc.) provided
• Chilled, filtered water dispenser
• Main bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite, walk-in robe and attached home office area
• Second bedroom has one double bed and one single bed
• Third bedroom has one double bed
• Fourth bedroom has two single beds
• Large outdoor entertaining area with outdoor dining & lounge
• Plunge pool with waterfall
• Bathroom essentials provided, including hair dryer

Great, safe location, perfect for families
Upon arrival we were impressed with the location, secluded and safe. The house catered for our 14, 6 year. Everyone had room to have time alone or spend together. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. Being at Palmerston is the perfect location, 15-25 minutes from all the best locations in town, but also if you want to do trips to beautiful waterfalls your that much closer then staying in the city.
