The property is a bit dated. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were not particularly helpful, providing limited information on checkin and unable to answer questions about the carpark. Also, the safe in our room did not work and needed a new battery, but the reception staff didn't know how to do it. They advised that maintenance would come and sort it out the next day. They did not, in spite of follow-up queries. In any case, the safe was not secured, so was not a good place for valuables!!

The king bed was dreadful. We woke up sore every morning and didn’t have good night s sleep while there. Only had block out blinds in bedroom so the light from the shopping Centre across the room came through around the edges made room very light. No TV in bedroom.

Parking and access was great Room was disappointing air conditioning was not working very well and also has a restriction on the remote control only allowing down to 21c Also a dog was barking on the floor we stayed It was in one of the near by rooms called reception but still kept barking throughout the night Bad experience overall

Everything about the property was excellent except for the phone that wasn’t functioning at all. Even after reporting it they never fixed it. So I had to use my mobile phone for communication. Shower door didn’t close properly so water was gushing out of the shower. If these little things could be attended to then the place would be close to perfection. Very clean and neat 4.7/5
