Inside, your villa boasts a top-notch gourmet kitchen, a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, a gas range, and even a microwave to whip up your culinary creations. Fancy sipping on frozen concoctions or cool coffee drink? Then you're covered with a Ninja Blender and a Keurig Coffee maker! You can dine indoors or soak up the sun outdoors in your private dining area. The villa features soaring ceilings, chic LaZBoy furniture, charming Beach-themed art, and sumptuous high thread count linens. With space for up to 6 guests, the villa offers a King Bedroom suite, 2 cozy Hall Bunk Beds, and a snug Queen Sleeper Sofa. Sink into dreamland on the medium-firm, high-quality mattresses in every room. The full bath is accessible from the King Suite and the hall, showcasing a spacious vanity with granite counters and a stunning walk-in shower.

Island Soul Rendezvous Bay Villa is the 2nd-floor South unit, Unit 4, of the Island Soul 4-plex on Indian Bay. These units were completed in 2023 and are close to everything in the middle of Dauphin Island. The unit includes a wet boat slip and spectacular views of Indian Bay. You are less than a block to the Dauphin Island Fishing Rodeo and Lighthouse Bakery, as well as many other businesses within walking distance. The public beach is just 1.3 miles away. The New Dauphin Island Recreation Center is just across the street.

**Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

Can accommodate 2 vehicles, or 1 vehicle and 1 boat trailer if necessary (reservations are required for boats).

**There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for the remainder of your stay. ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
