Checkin staff was trying very hard to charge us a second time for our room. Luckily I knew our card had been charged earlier that morning, which was strange since we hadn’t even checked in yet. Ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and our French Dip sandwiches smelled absolutely rancid. Sent them back and had a burger instead. Service and staff were great though.

The air in my room did not work. Upon my mother approaching the front desk with this concern as well as my husband they were both met with attitudes & the only solution they were given were 3 box fans of which only 2 worked. The toilet did not work so we had to leave our room every time we had to use the restroom. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times and was given the run around because there was not one on site for some reason. I spent $234 with an extra $50 deposit trying to give my daughter a good birthday staycation for a night and this was the joke of a hotel I experienced. We’ve stayed here many time before it was supposedly sold and it was NOTHING like this. The staff acted unconcerned, rude and lacked all forms of hospitality. Their only concern was to keep money flowing in.

Dirty room and commons areas. The pool was filthy, cloudy water and had ants all over the concrete around it. Our rooms AC was working but the blower seemed to be broken. The door had about a one inch gap to the floor, which let tons of light and noise in. Unfortunately our room was near the indoor pool and it was very noisy. Not much sleep that night, even after "quiet hours". Pass this one up and stay somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were however extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of this place. We walked into our room and it smelled like it had been smoked in, the floor was disgusting. There was food all over it and you can tell it haven’t been properly mopped in a long while. We didn’t dare walk around without shoes because the one time we did our feet were dirty.

Very strange hotel. It seemed like more people lived in the hotel than actually staying there for a short period of time. The hotel smelled terrible. The staff friendliness needed a lot of improvement. No coffee in the lobby. Hallways were extremely hot. Would not recommend people to stay here.

Overall, this hotel is a nice facility but I don’t think it’s taken care of very well. There are signs of wear everywhere. We didn’t have enough towels nor an ice bucket in our room. I had a hard time understanding the receptionist and he didn’t have a very welcoming demeanor. I would not stay here again.

We have stayed here on for years. It is one of our favorite Best Western properties. Their breakfast is excellent, a full buffet. We left an item there and they called us right away and are mailing it to us.
