Nice and clean, very comfortable. Would stay again. Contract confusing over using heat or a/c, sounded like could not adjust temp, touch thermostates. We were only there 1 night so was not much of a problem at this time of year. Internet was an issue, it was the only time I had to pay for internet and was very hard to get connected. For the price of the rental we all thought the wifi should be included. This was by far quite a major inconvience. Otherwise very nice.

Great location, good price, but almost no way to control the temperature, and it was really hot. Pretty outside, but no updates inside since the 90's it appears. Volleyball court was in bad shape, no net on the tennis court. Just needs a lot of TLC.

Location was very close to the town of Davis, ski resorts and other enjoyable outdoor activities and attractions. Would definitely recommend to people of all ages and plan to visit again when Iā€™m in the area.
