Sunny 3.5 room apartment in a quiet but central location

The apartment is on the top floor of an apartment building with elevator, on a quiet private street with no through traffic. In the sunny living room there is a comfortable seating area and of course satellite TV and internet. Lying on the chaise longue you have a wonderful view of the Jakobshorn.
After skiing, we often sit on the south balcony until sunset and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. In summer we already enjoy breakfast on the balcony.
The dining table in the separate dining area can be pulled out twice so that it can accommodate up to eight people. A raclette grill and plenty of dishes are available.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, coffee machine etc.
The large bedroom has a double bed and two wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. There is an additional sleeping space in the living room.
The bathroom has two sinks and a bath / shower. The toilet is separate (which is very pleasant)
A ski room is available in the basement.
A parking space is available at the front door.
There is carpeting in the living room and in the hallway and we also rent out to guests with dogs.

the manager did not appear. to do guest cards so we ended paying LOTS of money for cable cars etc...
good size flat . the cleanliness is not like famous swiss standart. lots of dust flaff, a lingering smell, no bed linen on(u have to do it yourself), windows. not like the price they ask for end of stay cleaning. this flat has too much owners stuff in it. the bedrooms were empty cupboards mostly but no kitchen space apart from the fridge, the worst part was the flat manager did not answer the phone and we were not able to pay the tourist tax and get 50% off cable cars+free transport in the area. this fault cost us LOTS of money, it didnt help going to the tourist office, they couldn't help. at the same time i didnt manage go into my VRBO account and try communicating with the owner(he was communicating ok ) . still with all the misgiving, Davos is beautiful, we had great time, not sure whos fault all of this was... i dont try to discourage you from using this apartment it has good features too, like quit, scenery, location... just be better prepared upfront so you can have a perfect stay.

Great apartment
Apartment was neat and tidy , not luxurious but had everything we needed. There was a bit of a confusion re linen and towels as website described it to be included. We arrived and found bed not made. We looked in cupboard and found linen and towels so we made the beds ourselves. When we left the key holder told us that we were supposed to pay extra for the linen and towels as well as for the end cleaning. I showed him the app that it was included and that we had already paid for final cleaning. I tried contacting the owner who said it was something wrong with homeaway. I tried calling homeaway but their phone system wasn’t working. I tried chatting with them , after answering lots of questions he told me that he can’t help. I should call... I had already explained that their phone system wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t get me anyone on the phone to speak to. He closed the chat. In short , apartment was perfect for us, it was clean and good and quiet location. Homeaway was initially easy to use but when there was an issue they were not helpful.

Very comfortable apartment in Davos, private and quiet, lovely outlook from the balcony, all the comforts of home, close to transport, and very welcoming and helpful hosts. In short, a perfect stay!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Davos.
Wohnung ist gross (wir waren 5). Küche und Bad wurden renoviert. Küche Ausstattung sehr komplett inkl. Dolce Gusto Kaffee Maschine. Ca. 10-12 Min zu Bahnhof, Laden, Parsen. Am Ende Nachmittag kann man noch Sonne auf der Terrasse geniessen. Ruhige Lage. Alles bereit bei Ankunft.

Sehr gut!
Die ausgezeichnete Lage der Wohnung ermöglicht es Ihnen, den See und alle wichtigen Geschäfte in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben unseren Urlaub um eine Woche verlängert, von Davos konnten wir uns nicht trennen. Einziges Manko ist das fehlende Internet. Wir würden nächstes Jahr gerne wiederkommen und wieder in dieser Wohnung übernachten.

Schöne Ferienwoche in Davos
Die Wohnung ist super für eine Familie mit 4 Personen, alles ist sehr gut eingerichtet und in gutem Zustand, für uns war die Lage in der Nähe zum See und zum Adventure Park perfekt. Wir konnten unsere Velos im Skiraum abstellen, alles sehr gut. Den einzigen Abzug würde ich für die Parkplatzsituation machen, wir haben zwar immer einen Platz gefunden, aber es ist sehr eng

Schöne , saubere Wohnung mit ausreichend Ausstattung. Bei diverser Ausstattung besteht Renovierungsbedarf, aber alles hat funktioniert und war nutzbar. Das Verwalterehepaar ist super nett und kümmerte sich um alles . Lediglich die Endreinigungskosten in Höhe von 120 Franken fanden wir etwas zu teuer.

Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage!
Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren 3 Kindern in der Wohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, alles war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Man merkt immer, wenn die Wohnung vom Eigentümer selber genutzt wird. Die Lage zur Bünda ist perfekt (dort waren unsere Kinder zur Skischule) und auch die Parsenn ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Bäcker, Supermarkt - alles um's Eck herum! Den schönen Balkon mit der wunderbaren Aussicht haben wir auch nutzen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Schöne, sonnige und gemütliche Ferienwohnung
In der schönen Ferienwohnung im ruhigen Ortsteil „Bünda“ mit direktem Zugang zu den Loipen und zum Skilift Bünda und in der fussläufigen Nähe zum Bahnhof, der Parsennbahn und zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lassen sich wunderbar erholsame Ferien verbringen.

Schöne Lage, leichte Mängel
Wir waren 1 Woche Langlaufen. Die Wohnung liegt ideal an der Loipe und hat einen schönen Südbalkon mit guter Aussicht. Allerdings ist sie an einigen Ecken schon etwas verwohnt. Zwei der Daunendecken hatten grosse braune Flecken, ein Kopfkissen lauter Schweissränder. Der Teppich unter dem Esstisch ist fleckig, der Essbereich generell eher dunkel und schlecht beleuchtet. Es gibt etliche "Hausregeln". So darf man Parken nur mit Parkkarte, eine solche lag aber nicht in der Wohnung (mussten wir bei der Nachbarin erbeten). Feriengäste dürfen nicht in die Waschküche (auf unsere Bitte gab uns die Nachbarin ihre eigene Waschküchenkarte für eine Wäsche). Ohne diese Mängel würden wir die Wohnung empfehlen.
