Quiet, sunny (and snowy!) location, close to Davos but away from the crowds
Very old, quaint chalet full of character. Definitely not suited to elderly people and small children. We will certainly return as there are great backcountry ski routes behind the house, alpine skiing nearby as well as cross country. The driveway is plowed but with heavy snows you will need chains to go and down it.

Vorab: Wer Trubel sucht oder sich ins Davoser Nachtleben stürzen möchte, ist hier nicht so gut aufgehoben. Für alle anderen - perfekt. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche hier. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet.

Silvester in Davos Frauenkirch
Wir hatten schöne Tage in dieser historischen Hütte bei Davos. Die Küche ist modern renoviert mit allem was man braucht. Die übrigen Räume sind mit niedrigen Decken typisch für diesen Baustil. Alles in allem sehr urig. Man kann direkt von der Hütte wandern oder Skitouren/Schneeschuhtouren gehen. Ideal.

Wir haben in diesem herzigen, urchigen und heimeligen Häuschen ruhige und erholsame Tage verbracht. Genossen haben wir den Ofen in der Stube, er hat am Abend und bei schlechtem Wetter gute Dienste gebracht. Alles war tip top. Bei einigen Türen heisst es Kopf einziehen 😉

Uriges Häuschen in traumhafter Lage
Alles war super, vom Ein- bis zum Auschecken! Uns fällt nichts negatives ein. Sehr gut ausgestattetes, uriges und liebevoll gestalltetes Haus, sehr sauber und schön ruhig gelegen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Es war alles perfekt!

We had a great time in this unique old cabin. The cabin is very authentic and the location is magnificent on the hillside. We can only recommend if you want to try something out of the ordinary.

Hütte in perfekter Lage auf einer Alm
Hütte in Blockbohlenbauweise mit wunderschöner Sonnenterrasse hoch gelegen. Innen mit moderner Küche aber etwas unkomfortabel im Bad. Ansonsten fehlt es an nichts.

Absolut ruhig und idylisch
Das Maiensäss liegt hoch über dem Tal im Grünen und man kann als Gast die absolute Ruhe geniessen. Es ist heimelig eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wunderbar sind die 2 Terrassen und dank der Laube kann man auch bei Regen im trockenen sitzen. Wir hatten für einmal Wetterpech, aber perfekt war, dass er Ofen bereits vorbereitet war und wir als es frisch wurde nur das Holz entzünden mussten und so war es rasch gemütlich warm. Gerne würden wir dieses Jahr nochmals eine erholsame und ruhige Woche dort geniessen.

Sehr ruhig gelegene Hütte. Schöne Lage mit viele Möglichkeiten (Skitour, Schlitteln, Verweilen vor der Hütte). In unter 15 Minuten am Lift (Jakobshorn). Im Winter für die letzten 50m zum Parkplatz Allrad oder Ketten notwendig. Gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Nespressomaschine, Fondue und Raclette).

Ideal zur Erholung in naturnaher Umgebung
Buchung und Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer waren problemlos und unkompliziert. Wer einen Aufenthalt in alpiner Umgebung ohne "Störeffekte" durch zivilisatorische Einflüsse sucht, ist hier richtig und muss trotzdem nicht auf Annehmlichkeiten verzichten. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, das WLAN vorbildlich. Wegen der steilen und engen Treppe ins Schlafgemach sind für körperlich behinderte und ältere Menschen allerdings Grenzen gesetzt. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 4 oder weniger Personen.

Urig und tolle Lage
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage hoch über dem Tal mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Terrassen zu beiden Seiten des Hauses erlauben es, den ganzen Tag die Sonne zu genießen. Innen ist das Haus sehr urig mit toller Küche und voller Ausstattung. Das Haus war liebevoll vorbereitet, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief bestens. Sehr zu empfehlen für einen Urlaub abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade.
