A convienent place to stay. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that Expedia's description said my room would have a microwave, but it did not. Accurate descriptions are what I want from Expedia.

I left a very expensive knife in my room did they call me and let me know I left it no when I called they do nothing about it housekeeping took it cuz I remember exactly where I left it

The room was clean, but it was directly across from the elevator. Itā€™s a very average hotel, right off a highway. The entrance is also inconvenient to enter. Not a bad place to stay, but not great either

The door didnā€™t lock, this wasnā€™t noticed until the next morning. The latch mechanism did not set unless the door was pulled up by the door handle. Informed staff prior to my departure. Other than that, Very nice place.I had some confusion after booking, this facility is on the state line of Indiana and Ohio, Initial booking had me in Goshen IN., Where as this facility is in New Paris OH., but online and confirmation refer to it as Richmond, which is in Indiana. Staff informed me they have had others this has happened to, even having them being booked to Richmond Virginia. Not something one wants to go through when ready to take a rest at the end of oneā€™s travel. The road can be stressful enough.

The property was clean and efficient- there appeared to be only one person on staff at check in at 8:30pm- it appeared to be a full house so she was very busy- breakfast was good as well- staff on hand were friendly and helpful

Great stay
A very comfortable stay. Room was huge! We had two queen beds and there was plenty of room for a crib or for kids to play. Fortunately, our kids are grown so we didnā€™t have to share!! The breakfast had great potential but the gal at the front desk was also trying to keep the food stocked. Easy off and on the interstate and Richmond has tons of places to eat. Will for sure stay again.
