Good for what you are paying for.
The front lobby was nice and clean, walking to our room the hallways smelled musty but I feel like every hotel smells like that. Our room was clean, and no smell was present. They had a decent breakfast bar. The lady who checked us out was very friendly.

The property outside looked a little derelict, but pleasantly surprised how clean it was and how pleasant the staff were. Everthing worked in our room, beds were good and breaskfast was enjoyable. All for a reasonable price. Will go back.

Normally I don't review but even though this property looked REALLY sketchy on the outside, the inside was VERY nice!! Very clean & fresh & up to date. The staff was very nice & personable. I would stay here again without hesitation & recommend it to others

Very kind staff; however, this place is terribly dingy and smells like an ashtray. Even non-smoking. So much so, that even luggage made our car smell for an entire day upon leaving.

Terrific value for the money charged imo. The room was clean and well organized. While I initially detected an odd odor upon entering the room, it didn't seem to affect my overall comfort. The king bed was a little on the firm side for my personal preference but I was still able to get a decent sleep. I did find a noticeable stain on the fridge glass shelf, I wasn't too concerned although, it did suggest the staff either missed it or simply ignored it. Also, a minor nit pik...housekeeping staff left about 10 sheets on the toilet paper roll in the dispenser and I found that to be a bit strange. All in all, I can't complain at all. The check in process was efficient (FYI, I did preregister and pay for the room) and the breakfast offerings were decent and abundant. If needed, I'd not hesitate to book another room at this property.

The Worst stayever
The Housekeeper Tiffany like me because she didn’t read the morning Books to know that I had a late check out. Was calling my phone way before checkout time. Call me a B word then called the police on me. They took money off my card if they weren’t supposed to let’s just say I wouldn’t request for not want to go there. I almost and I still might delete Hotels.com for that visit.

Fine hotel for the money. Obviously I was not looking for the ritzy kind of place, just a clean bed. It is very clean and the breakfast is good, especially for the low price. Area not fantastic and up against highway, but good windows limit noise. I’d stay again for sure

Ok to sleep there in a pinch.
Breakfast was ok. The fitness center was a joke. No heat, scanty dumbbells, and unserviced equipment. The room smelled like air freshener but was not well maintained and the edges of things were poorly kept up and no attention to detail. The sheets were appeared clean.

Good for what it is
The staff were very friendly. A good assortment of breakfast items were available -- however it was hard to access the milk jug in their small fridge if a customer was standing at the coffee station next to it. Individual milks would have been easier to grab. Our first morning stay, a large number of people were there for a conference. Different food items / tableware had completely run out. It seemed only one employee was trying their best to work front desk, fix meals and keep up with restocking. I felt bad for them! ... as for the hotel itself, the room was a bit shabby but bed was very comfortable. My only big complaint: the hallways absolutely REEKED of cigarette smoke. I had to hold my breath while walking from my room to the lobby!
