Are you looking for a great off-campus house with proximity to the University of Dayton, Brown Street, or Miami Valley Hospital? Our home features four bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests, perfect for reunion weekends, Flyer games, or any visit to Dayton. It's nestled between the north end of campus and Tank's (a legendary Dayton bar). This neighborhood is being revived and our listing features security features like automatic locks, cameras, and other safety accommodations.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have security cameras on-site (front door and back yard) and are able to see if people outside your group comes to the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.

This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

Title: Centrally Located Home with Plenty of Space
We recently stayed at this VRBO in Dayton, Ohio, and had a pleasant experience overall. The house is centrally located, making it very convenient for our trip to a baseball game and other downtown activities. There’s also a grocery store nearby, which was very handy.
The home has plenty of bedrooms, which was great for our group. While it is an older house, this seems typical for the area, and it adds to the charm in its own way. The layout was a bit quirky, but we managed just fine.
Overall, it was a good stay, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient location and plenty of space in Dayton.
