The Hotel was within walking distance to a shopping center and variety restaurants. beautiful new pool deck and pool. Great outdoor bar. Katie the bartender was fantastic. Great mixologist and very attentive.

Parking is limited to one parking spot per room. They don’t allow to pay extra for an additional parking even though the parking lot had empty spaces. Very disappointing. The second car must park across the busy street.

I was worried after reading reviews but I had nothing to fear. The rooms were clean, the view was great, the beach was superb and convenient. The only negative I had is that new towels are not brought to your room, you must go to their guest laundry and give them your towels to get new ones. They did try to sell me a timeshare and I just said no thanks and walked away. I didn’t try the cafe. The pool was alright, one pool and the hot tubs were closed for reconstruction. The indoor pool wasn’t heated. The outdoor pool has heating but they didn’t turn it on, so on shady windy days the water was colder than the ocean. Overall it was a good stay and I would stay again.

We enjoyed the property, rooms were spacious and clean. The only issue we had was the tub drained very slow, when we came in from the beach and showered the tub was filled with sand and we could t wash it out because the water drains so slow. And the bathroom sink water pressure is also really light, but overall the property was clean and staff was really nice and accommodating.

Having more then one vending machine for the entire facility which was broken would definitely be a nice benefit. Someones eyelashes were in master bathroom on the counter so not sure how well it was cleaned. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The smell of marijuana was very pungent in the master bathroom on sunday morning so much i felt nauseous even being in that bathroom. Spoke to front desk about it. They showed absolutely no concern. Guy selling time shares left much to be desired. Told me to lie to my fiance and make decisions without him there. We will not be back to this facility.

I only had one complaint, and even that may have been an error on my part. My guests and myself arrived and I found out that they are a cashless hotel, which fortunately I was able to cover. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The room and property are very well maintained and clean. The location is great. The check-in and staff were not too helpful or cheerful nor did the pictures of the rooms accurately reflect the actual room. And there should be a screen window toward the ocean so we can open a window to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. The windows are sealed shut.

Late check-in cause the room wasn't clean. Checked in close to 5-oclock. Staff made no effort to remedy the situation or do any extra to make us happy. After finally get the room then you have to deal with the timeshare salesmen that won't stop trying to sell you. All I wanted to do when I flew in and met family and friends was check in and enjoy my two days off. I didn't wont to be hassled with incompetence, attitude, and sales pressure.

Upon checking in the "unenthusiastic " staff member requests you take your information to the other desk to "set up my parking permit". In actuality this is the 1st step in the time share sales pitch. Albiet the gentleman (Brian) was very friendly and could pick up I wasn't interested in the pitch after a 3hr drive in a downpour and traffic. You should also know that as of 8/25 the north pool area is closed as a result of storm damage however it is close to being opened. As for the south pool be certain you have your dirty reusable room key with you or security will request you leave. Our guests (whom I i cluded in my reservation) showed up the next day without a wristband and you would have thought they were criminals. When supplying office staff with their IDs the lady working the feont desk had a major attitude. Obviously there is ups and downs with this. 1- who wants unwelcomed guests to ruin your vacation so this rule allows for the removal of such. 2- I witnessed 3 (non guests) walk up from the beach and buy drinks from the bar. After sitting at bar for 20 min having their drinks they went to the pool and were promptly told to leave (3 women who were very polite and not creating any disturbance). So to summarize if you like time share sales pitches, security telling you that you must wear the filthy room key wristbands while on property and front office staff with an attitude then this place is great for you...and you're probably on the board of your HOA at home.
