Not worth it. Stay down the road much nicer places
The only good thing at the hotel was the fact that it’s beach front. We reserved the room for the weekend and it was HOT plus the parking situation was terrible. The AC in our room wasn’t working and we were told that there wasn’t another room to move us to. When I asked for a refund they said we could check out early and a refund would be provided. We checked out and they only provided a partial refund of 3 nights, even though we weren’t able to stay but 1 night because the AC wasn’t working. We only stayed 1 night and they charged for 2!

The reception lady was rude, after we reserved a 3rd floor room she gave us a grnd.floor room telling us that,"our type of room wasnt available ' the toilet didnt flush,the sink only had small trickle of water. Very disappointed with theway staff just treated us.

To many walk off the beach NON paying GUEST ?
My mother said, if I have nothing nice to say, then don't...but I'm making an exception here. To many NON GUEST able to enter the property pool from the beach,after parking their cars and trucks on the beach. Emptying out and brazenly over take the pool and hot tub. Playing extremely loud music, drinking and not controlling their numerous amounts of kids. The front office should have shut the invasion down but did nothing to regain the peaceful atmosphere. I would NEVER stay here again. Not worth the ,$674.90

The hotel was great. We overall had a great night stay. Room was clean and staff was friendly, we were even able to check in early. The pool is kid friendly and even has a mushroom that creates a waterfall. They have rinse off stations outside for after the beach/before entering the pool. We did not have breakfast so I can not comment on that but my overall impression was that it was a great last minute booking for us.

The whole staff that I asked for any thing from. They were all rude. I went up front to ask a question about a couple things that needed to be looked at in the room. As I was talking the girl at the front desk in the evening time just turned around and walked away.

Staff was amazing and friendly. The free breakfast was pretty good. The room was nice and clean. Beds weren’t very comfortable, but they did the job. The pool was really cloudy and lots of sand on the bottom. It would be nice to have more options for drying towels and swim suits, especially being right on the beach. Like extra dryers on site, or even a hanging rack outside of the room or in a common area outside.

I really enjoyed the access that we had to the beach. I enjoyed the room being right next to the pool and i could see the sunset and rise from the room. I wish I had a broom in my room so that I could sweep it. Being on the beach means we brought in a lot of sand on accident.
