Staff very friendly but room was dirty I had to clean the poop off the toilet location great for a Sandals Inn it was not clean needs some serious painting in the rooms

Did not receive housekeeping during entire stay! Told I was to ask and I would get it the next day, I did and still did not! My garbage’s were overflowing, towels piled up, floors dirty from sand etc. What’s worse is that I had to book an extra day and I requested a new room to get a fresh suite and not a broken ac, the front desk ppl didn’t even say nothing other than a sorry. Crappy customer service! I shoulda got some kind of compensation!

I like to watch tv on vacation
This motel was in an amazing location right on the beach. The view was beautiful. The room was decent for the price, but i was very disappointed with the fact that the front desk is not open 24/7. We checked in late after traveling all day. We left immediately to get something to eat and then came back to the room to relax. Everything was great except our tv didnt work. I went to the front desk to find it was closed and spoke with the security guard who informed me i would have to wait till morning to speak to someone. When i told them about the tv not working they didnt seem to care at all, just checked me out and sent me on my way. Oh well...

First room we got had bugs on the bed when we arrived. Second room was bug free but the bathroom smelled bad. When we told them about it they said it was the type of cleaner they used and they had switched to a Citrus clean but that didn’t help us. Kids liked the pool and we stayed away as much as possible.

Easy access to the beach. Nice pool. Seemed like new paint & overall better condition than expected! Good value for the money. Qualify bed covers & towels. Minimal breakfast but enough to cover it. Parking is a little tight but one car is included with the room, which is great! Right next door to restaurants and amusements but quiet in the room. Felt safe even though not a high end resort (security patrolled all around). Didn’t see an elevator for the second floor but may have missed it. Would certainly stay again for a quick beach getaway.
