Lots of fun!
Clean room and pool and great location in the Shores. The owners are as nice as they can be. This is a no frills type of property. Sort of old and less amenities like ice machines and fitness rooms but who cares when you have the fabulous beach within a few steps and gorgeous evenings on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return. Many thumbs up!

The property it seems to be going on the market for sale. There were only three other cars that we saw in the parking lot. However the lady and her husband were extremely nice . You cant ask for a better view of the ocean! All rooms are oceanfront and convenient ro everything! We would like to wish them good luck in the future and thank you for your hospitality.

You couldn’t ask for a better location! Right on the beach and near many restaurants and things to do. You also have the best view of the beach ever! The room was outdated but very clean. The people had a heavy accent but were the sweetest people.

The owners of the motel are very nice, it is an older hotel that hasn’t been renovated recently. However, the room was really clean and is larger than most standard motel rooms.

Oceanfront but no elevator and 3 stories.
This older property was clean and in descent repair. It does have double or full beds and these were descent but the size is outdated and there was room for 2 queens. The main problem is it is 3 stories with no elevator. Don"t take extra people beyond what you said in the reservation or they will charge you.

Great location right in the beach. The rooms have an awesome view of the beach and ocean. It’s an older mom and pop style motel and is very dated. Overall pretty clean. Some nights the sign out front was turned off which made it more difficult to see when coming in after dark.

The view, (we had an ocean front room) was spectacular. The room was clean. The patio furniture was very cheap, and unstable and there was a pack of cigarettes left behind from the the last guest. There was a thin line going from left to right on the TV screen - watchable. The concrete around the pool area has many rises and dips that are not marked. I tripped on one of them. The worst though, were the beds. The mattresses sit on box springs that are so squeaky, every movement is heard and echoed in the room. The thin sheets cover a mattress pad, that is not kept stationary with straps or anything. And those sit on a plastic mattress protector. The pad slips and slides all over the protector, making bumps to try to sleep on. The management speak English, but have a thick accent making it difficult to communicate - having to repeat everything said, several times. Check in and out was all about giving us the key and collecting it. There were no pleasantries spoken. And they were obsessed with keeping the door closed to the patio. They told us three times to keep it closed, upon check in. In the morning, we wanted to hear the ocean and feel the breeze and propped it open with our suitcase, for 15 minutes. He walked by and about broke his neck trying to see into the room to get us to close it. I did so, to avoid a hassle. I do not believe that the view made up for everything else that wasn't pleasant there. Will not consider them, the next time we are in Daytona.
