Great breakfast. Awesome indoor poool! Loved how cool the AC got a night. Room had a mild odor but nothing too terrible would stay here again if we were in town

The toilet ran off and on the entire time I was there. The shower was dirty and there were dirty rags left hanging over shower rail. The hair dryer was broken in half. Some of our lights were burnt out. The fitness room was closed. The hot tub pool were under maintenance. They only brought fresh towels once in a 4 day stay. They never replaced the coffee in room. We had a kitchenette and there was no supplies to cook in it. I went to talk to a front desk person and could not find one several times so I gave up. It was very disappointing in what we paid for. We specifically stayed there for good reviews and the amenities Also counters were sticky.

The hotel was okay. Our room had a dirty floor when we arrived & was not cleaned once while we were there. Also, we had to go ask for towels each day. All we heard all night was banging from upstairs and banging in the sides of our room wall. It was hard to sleep. Sam was extremely nice, however the total experience was just ok. We took out our own trash daily because again no one cleaned it.

Was told we could have a late check out and come morning we were told we need to check out before 11:30 or I’d be charged an entire day. The front desk attendant was absolutely terrible and needs to learn basic customer service skills. She lied to us and then refused to listen. No manager was available to speak to and we were just shoved out with no compassion as to what we were told we could do.

Not worth the money
It was easy to book online, it was difficult to understand the man’s english when we checked in and he wasnt wanting to have to repeat himself but did. He wasnt very friendly and when we got to our room the bed frame was broke and the bed rocked like it was on an uneven surface when we sat down. When we called the desk he told me he would call us back after he looked to see if there was another room we could change to. Of course, he never called back. The “remodel” was done poorly (floors were uneven, paint was dripped on our floor, the woodwork didnt fit properly and part of the usb ports in the lamps and plug-ins were not working. The parking lot was very small and there was no place for a trailer and there was no circle drive if you were pulling a trailer in order to exit to find different hotel.

Horrible. One of the dirtiest places I have had to stay. The bathroom smelt horrible 100% of the time. The water coming out of the faucet smelt like sewer and made everyone gag. It was incredibly loud no matter where you were or what you were doing.
