It is a very nice hotel. The lady at the reception was great! She provides all the necessary information, she was very kind and helpful - she is the heart of the hotel. The room was clean with a nice view of Decin Castle. It is very close to all interesting places in Decin.

Für einen Kurztrip zu empfehlen. Man ist direkt an der Elbe und kann eigentlich alles gut zu Fuß erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer wo das Badezimmer leider sehr klein und eng war. Dennoch völlig ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich. Satt wird man. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, dass man nicht spontan in den Wellnessbereich konnte da alles weit über Tage ausgebucht war und genauso wenig den dazugehörigen Fußballplatz nutzen konnte. Unser Sohn musste mit seinen Fußball vor dem freien Platz spielen, da eine spontane Buchung über die Seite des Hotels (anders geht es leider nicht) und auch bei direkter Nachfrage es nicht möglich war den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Da war das Personal leider sehr unflexibel. Weiterhin schade, dass man als Hotelgäste bei Nutzung sämtlicher Angebote die das Hotel bieten, etwas zahlen muss. Beispiel, Nutzung des Fußballplatzes. Aber ansonsten war der Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung.

Wir hatten ein 4-Bettzimmer (2 Schlafzimmer). Es war aber nur 1 Stuhl und kein Tisch vorhanden. Am Abend noch ein paar Spiele zu machen war deshalb im Zimmer nicht möglich und war in der Gaststätte nicht gern gesehen. Aber ansonsten war es seht schön.

Wir sind am frühen Abend angreist und wollten im Restaurant essen. Es war 18.00 Uhr und fast alle Tische waren frei. Uns wurde gesagt das alles reserviert sei. Uns wurde ein Tisch im Außenbereich (8 Grad) angeboten. Dort haben wir kurz und hastig was gegessen, aber dort kann man bei der Kälte und Zugluft nicht gemütlich einen Abend verbringen. Auch mit dem Hinweis das wir Hotelgäste seien, wurden wir abgewiesen. Als wir gegen 20 Uhr am Restaurant vorbei gingen waren max. die Hälfte der Tische belegt. Die Kollegin, die auf allen Plakaten im Hotel für den Wellnessbereich im Bikini wirbt, hat sich durch besondere Arroganz hervor getan. Wir haben dann im benachbarten Campingplatz ein Bier getrunken. Uns wurde gesagt, das wir reservieren hätten können, aber da muss bei der Buchung drauf hingewiesen werden. Fazit: die Zimmer und das Hotel ist sehr schön, aber der Service geht garnicht. Das Hotelgäste weggeschickt werden, obwohl frei ist haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Leider werden wir das Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Schade!!!
