Staff was very nice and accommodating. Property was clean and the room was comfortable. It was a great stay for the price. I did however choose this hotel for the pool and while it was nice, I wish it was watched a little more closely. I realized there would be no lifeguard but was a little nervous about the number of children, seemingly unattended.

The property looks like people use it as an apartment building. The room had a stained lamp shade, hole in bathroom door and “Rose loves Dee” written in marker several places in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff.My room didn't smell bad either but they have to do better with maintaining the property. For $200.00 a night I expected at least breakfast, location is good.

Musty smell that was masked with a lot of odor killer.It triggered allergies and headache. I had to clean the Ac filters and unit to get some relief;furthermore , the bed sheets seemed like they were used before and recycled for the next guest. I didn’t feel secure during my sleep , due to the poor lock on the door to the balcony. It’s the equivalent of a bathroom lock with an emergency pin hole from the outside.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable but squeaky, bathroom needs updated. Rest of hotel needs a major overhaul. Dirty and old, carpets ripped and filthy, dark and dingy. Bonus having a Dunkin Donuts in the parking lot. Staff were friendly.

We arrived around 12:15 and told check-in wasn’t until 4pm. We could check in early but it would be $10/hr and that they could give me a “flat rate” of $40. I said no thank you - I was not paying any more than I already had to stay. Would not return.

The lounge had customers using profanity continuously and the bartender allowed the behavior regardless of other customers in the lounge… The beer was luke warm. Room walls were so thin we heard conversation clear as day with TV’s blasting until 1:00 in the morning. Don’t stay at this place
