I arrived late after a long day and the staff at check in were kind but asked lots of laborious questions that were unnecessary. Recommending expensive upgrades for my one night stay, then asking for secondary approval on every choice I made during booking (no smoking, single occupancy, king bed) when that should be taken as confirmed. Please make the check in process easier, faster and smoother for guests. The AC in the room was master set to 22 degrees which was not cool enough, especially when the rest of the property and outside were much cooler. It was too hot and stuffy in the room. On arrival at breakfast I didn’t get the options explained by the staff member which I thought would be something to include. Also, the shuttle to the airport isn’t free, it’s almost three times the price of the premium uber service. Overall the stay was average, especially for the price. I wouldn’t stay again.

Great hotel
Really comfortable Aerocity hotel that does not break the budget. Can usually be booked at lower prices than the JW or Andaz but still offers a fairly premium experience. The breakfast is vast and tastes great and the staff do their best to make your stay comfortable.

It is very close to the airport. I would have liked a courtesy shuttle service between the airport & hotel. However they provided a taxi at 4.30 AM on payment which was appreciated. I did not sample the restaurant food. The gym was well equipped.

Convenient location for our early flight out, and clean, but you do have to pay an absurd amount (relatively speaking, by India standards) for their airport shuttle service. We did not have hot water in the shower, the tv remote didn’t work, and the reading light on the bed was broken. Too short a stay to spend time calling and getting stuff fixed, but that's kind of a lot of broken stuff for a hotel at that price.
