Plumbing is ancient. Shower and either youā€™ll freeze or get burned because the water regulators do NOT WORK!! Key cards get deactivated DAILY. However the staff are EXCELLENT! Lobby area good but ~~~> Not a 5 star room. Need serious improvement!

It was nice stay, however I had some health problems and during the night I had to go to the hospital in emergency, hotel night duty manager Mr Nikhil Vaid arranged hotelā€™s car immediately and sent me to the hospital, and everyone was very helpful. Thank you very much Eros.
