The EROS is good value for money for what you get. The staff were excellent and the food on offer in different parts of the hotel of exceptional quality.

Plumbing is ancient. Shower and either you’ll freeze or get burned because the water regulators do NOT WORK!! Key cards get deactivated DAILY. However the staff are EXCELLENT! Lobby area good but ~~~> Not a 5 star room. Need serious improvement!

It was nice stay, however I had some health problems and during the night I had to go to the hospital in emergency, hotel night duty manager Mr Nikhil Vaid arranged hotel’s car immediately and sent me to the hospital, and everyone was very helpful. Thank you very much Eros.

I always stay here and have done for the last eight years. The staff are very accommodating and understanding.. Rooharb on customer relations is amazing and nothing is impossible for her. Overall a very pleasant stay and value for money .. would be good if breakfast was included
