There was drunkard man in the next room that keep banging on the doors. Even my door seems like some one trashed it, the door man could not open my door after 3 to 4 tryā€™s he managed. The staff supposed to call the transportation, did not happen until reminded them in the morning.

Drop off and pick up from airport was smooth. The perception I had was that there had been a management shake up as overall improvement to attention to detail. The kitchen staff delivered food on time. The buffet breakfast was limited but the staff were happy to make food when requested. The only issue was the delayed room cleaning. It seemed the room would always be cleaned when i returned back after my day out rather than when the room was empty.

Despite having sent our itinerary to the hotel 2 days in advance, and trying to receive confirmation from them many times, we arrived at the airport at 2:30am and the promised transportation wasnā€™t there. We had to take an airport cab which was much more expensive than an Uber(which we couldnā€™t call as our sims hadnā€™t activated yet). Upon getting to the hotel, they said it was full so they took us across the road to their sister hotel, which was pretty filthy, but quiet. We were too tired to protest and just went to bed. They then woke us by calling to remind us to go for breakfast at 8:30 and 9:00am, which might be viewed as considerate if not for we hadnā€™t slept for 2 days. After a modest breakfast(an omelette and nice coffee) they moved us to the main hotel and the room was much cleaner, but louder. The hotel is in a very busy side area a few minutes drive from the airport, itā€™s definitely not an area everyone will want to be in, but we felt safe and enjoyed the surrounding markets. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly as were the majority of the staff. The second night the phone rang us at 2am for no known reason. This is a very busy hotel at night with many people arriving between12pm-3am so itā€™s not somewhere you can rest easily. But itā€™s very close to the airport so it is convenient. If youā€™re travelling on a very tight budget then make sure they put you in the main hotel if you decide to stay here. But Iā€™d recommend trying another hotel.
