I would really like to appreciate provided by the front staff specially Ankur. He listened to our concern and made sure that it was taken care of . He was very professional and helpful throughout our stay. I would like to come back and stay again in this hotel because of his hospitality.

Part of a conference complex near the hotel and dining facilities priced accordingly- fine for travelers on expenses, but not if you've been travelling elsewhere in India and know the usual cost. Hotel cars to airport also expensive, but hard to find taxis.

Hotel is old and in poor condition. Not sure if Iā€™ve ever been upgraded by any hotel so why promise an upgrade if available, itā€™s never available. Is why Iā€™ve moved to Marriott Bonvoy. Also late check out is 1pm max on your hotel network, Marriott Bonvoy is letting me till 3pm and at times 4pm. Really when check in is 3pm, for loyal customers check out should be 2pmā€¦.i checked in at 9:30pm and only requested till 1:30pm which was not acceded to.

Cleanliness is good but condition of washbasin and wc is bad . Bedding not clean at all. My quilt cover had stains which showed it wasnt changed after guests left.Staff is good and checkin and checkout was smooth .

For the price this hotel did not deliver. The facilities, especially corridors make run down impression and smelled poorly. The room was rather basic and also not in the best condition. The lobby is very small. The breakfast buffet was good.

room was ok, nothing special and nothing extremely bad. Smelly corridor especially at the corner when you get out of the elevator on level 1. The shower inundated the rest of the bathroom. I booked the stay using hotels.com for an overnight 8hr stay before taking a flight. On arrival at eh hotel, check in staff told me that time out of my two room booking was cancelled, no reasons given, no prior email intimation, just out of the blue. On showing the confirmation email, he started discussing with his manager and said he will need to arrange another room and the hotel was full. Somehow managed to arrange another room, but took quite some time. Then he told me that one of the room has adult and 15 year old, but the 15 year old should have been booked as adult. I informed him that I have given the correct ages to hotels.com and the child was specified by hotels.com. He said there is no way he can fix this and I will need to pay more as 2 adult occupancy is more expensive. I agreed to do so as it was a lot of lost time standing at the counter at 1am already! Once I reached the room, the duvet covers were dirty. Quite clearly not changed since the previous occupant left and were quite dirty. Had to call housekeeping multiple times to get these changed. Overall, very poor reservation management and housekeeping. The room needed a refurb, curtains were half off the rails, cleanliness wasn't up to the mark. Didn't expect this from an international chain hotel.

Nice looking hotel downstairs in the foyer and restaurant. The rooms and hallways in the hotel are a little tired though. Can hear people easily in the hallway. Very safe. Only stayed one night and it was fine for the cost and location.

The service was not good at all. Itā€™s takes forever to be attended to at the front desk. The music is so loud that you canā€™t hear properly. This hotel does not have a process to include restaurant bills into the final bill. You have to pay separate every time for room service and each visit to the restaurant.
