This property has deteriorated over the last few years. It is dirty, unkempt and service has deteriorated significantly. There were bloodstains in the bathroom. I will not stay here again.

Untidy hotel. We found bugs in our bedding and more were coming out of the cracks of squeaky wooden floor. Iron board had deep large stains, Curtains had stains. No sound insulation between rooms. The mattress of the roll away bed was horribly dirty. I am not even mentioning the minor issues of cleanliness. Not sure how this place passes the local health checks because if this is how they service customer visible part of their business, you can well imagine what goes on their kitchen, laundry and water treatment plant.

Nice location
This hotel is very close to Metro (walking distance) and major shopping malls. This is a nice hotel with good service. Rooms and their eco-friendly practices can use some uplifts/changes (such as not using small plastic bottles and not changing bed sheets every day). During the recent stay, no one at the hotel asked me to give them a good rating/evaluation. Almost all Indian hotels' employees do that. I am very happy that no one did that this time. I find that extremely tacky and unprofessional. I am giving the hotel a 5-star overall rating and will consider it for my next visit.

This was our second visit to the property since Oct last year. They upgraded us to a suite which was a pleasant surprise and a nice gesture. Very much appreciated. Will return when in Delhi next time.

Very noisy, I asked quiet room but still had to sleep with earplugs. No soundproofing whatsoever. Needs updating - overpriced. Very basic. - rather 3 star hotel room. Found piece of broken glass next to bed and corners of room full of dust and cobwebs. Breakfast very basic - was very busy in morning - no tables/cutleries available, I was asked to take a table in ā€œcorridorā€ type area before dining room, luckily some people were finished their breakfast and got table in dining area instead but had problems to get cutlery. Not worth the price paid.

The staff was not attentive during breakfast hours. I stayed for 3 nights but had absolutely no acknowledgement of the same. I work with a lot of embassies in the area and lot of my friends and associates are Ambassadors and embassy officials, i would not refer them to this property even though its conveniently located. The staff is aloof most of the time and basic amenities have to be requested which makes it a chore in itself for the guest. The room was average at best. The housekeeping team was the only saving grace, they were prompt and tidy. I would not be staying here again when i visit india again.
