Great hotel in New Friends Colony. Clean property, rooms, courteous/excellent staff/service. Would definitely stay here again. Would ask hotel to improve their internet access, which dropped very often.

Stay was patheticā€¦ thereā€™s a railway track behind the hotel and every 20-30 mins you could feel the vibration in the room. The room was so-soā€¦ no character. The in-room dining was horrendous. The tool an hour to deliver the food and it was cold. For the price the Hotel is definitely not worth it.

Hotel front was unable to locate our reservation made through Expedia. We paid a night with new reservation and requested a refund to Expedia. Still no idea what was the cause of problem. Expedia chat was very helpful for me to report this problem and the troubleshoot was made on time via email. However, hotel did not tell me anything about this. Definitely not want to select this hotel due to this bad experience. Expedia service was satisfactory

As ardent modernist fans we thought the Manor would be the highlight of our trip but on arrival the gentleman on duty walked us out of the hotel, out of the property, and put us in a room in the hotel nextdoor. We questioned him and he simply repeated that 'this is part of the Manor property' until we gave up. We were in another cheaper hotel (76 Friends Colony). I wish he'd simply been honest and explained why we couldn't have the room we booked, but he was insistent that we hadn't left the Manor, even though he'd just walked us down the road past two sets of security to a separate property. Shady and disappointing. We asked to look around the Manor and were told upstairs was 'only rooms'. Later we found a whole guest roof terrace which we also missed out on. Bitterly disappointing end to our trip.

The price that we paid for our room at The Manor did not come close to the quality that you would expect for that price. Our room was very dated, there was virtually no water pressure in the shower and it took over 10mins for the water to heat up, the hairdryer didn't work, there were no spare power points in the room for charging our devices and the wifi constantly cut out. On top of that, there were 2 small windows in the room that looked directly onto a common terrace so we had to keep the blinds drawn the whole time, leaving us trapped in a virtually windowless box. When we expressed our disappointment at the condition of our room, they sent the maintenance team to fix the shower which was deemed fixed once the water had heated up - the water pressure remained unchanged. And we were sent a portable wifi connection which also did not work. According to the hotel information printed in the room, the hotel has 14 newly renovated rooms. We were placed in room #16, which very clearly has not been renovated or even updated in some time. The photos of a "standard room" published on Expedia absolutely do not match the quality of the room we were allocated. And given how much money we paid for our standard room, I am disgusted that this type of catfishing is allowed on this platform. I have stayed in many, many hotels in Delhi over the past 7 years, of varying quality, and this is by far one of the worst experiences I have had, that we even departed early and stayed elsewhere.

Charming property with cozy rooms. We booked the room with a terrace. The bed was really comfortable. No gym or pool but the gardens provided a beautiful back drop to just chill and relax.

Loved the setting and concept. Itā€™s a boutique hotel in the middle of a residential area. Very calm and quiet property and the surrounding area appeared posh and safe. The breakfast was pretty good and flavorful. The owner comes and meets all guests in person and collects feedback which is great to see. Now to the cons. Our room had a leaking flush knob and didnā€™t got fixed while we were there as it needed some extensive repair work per the manager. Something for the staff to look into before giving out the rooms to guests. The room also had very less electrical wall sockets which made charging phones very difficult. The location of the hotel is also a bit of a con as itā€™s within a residential colony and getting public transportation is difficult. Ola and uber drivers would often cancel the trip. Overall a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful stay in Delhi.

We had a wonderful stay at the Manor. The property is impeccably maintained, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, and food at Camiloā€™s is quite good. This hotel is ideal for anyone looking for a more quiet and intimate hotel option. The owner is around to help in any way as well.

Our stay was very brief, but the staff was very accommodating. We had a 12 hour layover between several long flights so we checked in her in the middle of the night to get some sleep and have breakfast before shuttling back to the airport. Breakfast area was a beautiful outdoor dining experience. The room and shower was very neat and clean. We wish we could have stayed for longer!
